Breakfast Menu "Cassano's Pizza King" Tipp City

$16.48 for 2 calzones and they both look like this. This shrinkflation is for the birds. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

This had to be the worst Pizza I have ever had! I asked for crispy and the crust was not cooked. Very little toppings and no flavor what so ever. When you spend $26.00 you expect it to be at least warm! It truly wasn’t even eatable. I never make the same mistake twice!!!!!!

They give 3 options for baking level; light, regular, and well done. I ordered regular. It was burnt. I asked to have it remade and they offered to do it light. Light was literally raw dough in the center. For a company in business 70 years they should know how to properly bake a pizza. I can’t even imagine how burnt well-done would be.

Love Cassano's. Food is always fresh and made to order. Never had a problem at this location. ******FOLLOW UP****** Stopped here before work a few days later (12 hour shift) and ordered via call center in plenty of time. I ordered a 10" italian and garden salad. While waiting, a guy in the back was heard talking about a sub that he put pizza sauce on cause he forgot an Italian did not get sauce. By the way, he was conversing with the female manager. I was hoping it wasnt mine. In a hurry, I paid and left. Opened my sub... they scraped most of the pizza sauce off but left enough to make it more obvious and put no lettuce on my sub (gross). Once youve made a mistake why wouldnt you remake it? Whats worse? Scraping sauce off before or after it was cooked? Not having time, I called the call center. This guy told me to save 75% of my sub and I had 24 hours to return it. Never mind, they screwed my sub up. So, had I done that, Id gotten 25% of a free messed up sub. With this being said, we have been loyal customers and I have NO intentions of returning to Cassanos. Busy or not, this was just wrong!!! Oh salad had wilted lettuce and a few tomatoes.

I ordered a big cheese with green olives extra large and by far. It was the best pizza I've ever had from casano's and any other place for that matter. My thanks for job well done to management and employees.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. And I ordered the chopped steak sub. I ordered carry out and was there before the time is was suggested to be done. When I received the food the pizza looked like it was sitting out for a few hours. It was not super hot. And the cheese was already looking stale and gross. The pepperonis looked gross too. And the sub did not taste fresh. And it was not what appeared to be advertised. It was more like a meatloaf sub. And it looked old and not fresh. Do not recommend eating food from here.

We continue to have a terrible experience with Tipp City Ohio, all of the last three orders were nothing short of wrong and the management there wanted to point the blame at my wife and myself for the inept people working there. We didn't make the food, we just placed the order for the food. We will never order from them again and bad word of mouth travels fast! Get real !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely my favorite pizza! However the Troy store has had the worst customer service that I have ever seen or been victim of. Two of the employees have blamed their boss for them being in a bad mood. It just reminded me of high school.....drama, drama, and drama!!
