Nice Cuban restaurant. We like coming here. Haven't been here in a few years. Food is good. Place is clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. Prices are very competitive. Feels very safe. Staff is friendly. Nice decor. Parking lot is a bit crowded. Just have to be patient but you'll find a parking space eventually. We recommend this place. Thank you very much for checking in. Have a blessed day.
After discovering this place a few years back we make it a point to come back at least once for the food, it is delicious every single time BUT the customer service was so incredibly disappointing. Both visits my family and I received such poor service from two different servers, never checked in on us after taking our orders, she looked so unhappy to have to serve us. The experience was so horrible I had to bring it up to the manager (Mario) who apologized on their behalf. Overall the feeling we all left with was dissatisfied.
The place gets packed but the waitress I had did an awesome job attending to me. The food was super yummy as well! 🤤 They do get pretty full so expect a bit of a wait but overall would go again.
Family atmosphere Delicious food and Service
We enjoying coming out on the weekends and having breakfast outside. Overall we have never had a bad experience and the food is good. It’s really one of few breakfast places in Miami lakes. One thing I wish they would offer is a guest wireless as signal in the miami lakes area is bad.
Very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. I ordered chicken vaca frita. It seems like they made a generic chicken and used it on different chicken dishes. It was tasteless, not marinated, a couple of onions and not appetizing at all. Also, we were charged $1.50 for the Cuban bread and butter. We definitely didn't expect this nickle and diming at this type of restaurant. The only positive was the service. Do not recommend!!
What a nice restaurant! Great location and lovely customer service, me and my husband take a road trip to Miami every month to buy fresh ingredients for our food business. Every time of the month we pick a different Cuban restaurant to always order fried fish and milanesa. However this time we got no Cuban garlic butter bread on our table and that was sad, we ask for it due the fact that they only provide it if you do so and pay extra, so we did order with out luck 😌 we got no bread! However the waitresses were really nice but for “no bread” we are not coming back.
Best service and the food was delicious! The lechon-tostones rellenos are delicious and the ham croquetas were excellent. Overall, very good experience. This is a must visit with the family!!
