Went here for the first time last night. Was less than a 5 min wait, the restaurant was decorated nicely for the holidays, all the staff we interacted with were friendly. Jennifer was our server and was just wonderful, she was very sweet and provided great service. We tried a few seasonal items and a few on the main menu. Everything was absolutely delish! Perfect timing between apps, salad and entrees. We will definitely come here again.
Between the two of us we had Lasagna, Spaghetti and the chicken soup. It also comes with bread and olive oil. The Lasagna was not bad, but there was very little meat, which seems to be a theme. The soup had some shreds of chicken, but was a decent size and definitely had some spice to it. The Spaghetti was bland, and little meat. All in all for the price (50$) it was just not worth it.
Update below... 1st experience: Kelsey was our waitress and what a pleasant surprise to actually have a waitress that is very good at their job. She was attentive and provided updates. Her frequency to the table was spot on. She was patient and informative. First time at this Carrabba's and it certainly will not be the last because of her. I'll also mention that the cocktail prices are very decent. Overall it was a great experience. UPDATE: Went back 1.10.23. Had a waitress named Jessica. Horrible! Bad service. Didn't know the first thing about service, communication, menu, expediency, or any welcoming skills. Food was delivered with waitress offering No hospitality or even grated cheese. Waited forever for a cocktail. No bread. Water depleted without service in sight. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I fought to go there. Embarrassing to say the least. Spend your money elsewhere.
The atmosphere and service were great! Awesome wait staff and very attentive. However, the chicken was cooked on an unclean grill and the burnt flavor from a previously cooked meal really comes through on what otherwise would be a great meal.
Suprise Az. Location. Was greeted upon entering. Service was great! Best ever Calamari. Besides ever watchful waitress Jen, was actually visited by restaurant manager Jay. He was attentive and friendly. You can tell he has high moral with his waitstaff working as a team.
We stopped in for appetizers and were disappointed. They were priced right at $7 but tasted like they came out of a box, not homemade. The fried calamari was greasy and very tiny, flavorless. The service was amazing and we love the ambiance, unfortunately not our choice for drinks and appetizers.
UPDATE: went in again tonight. The food was great! My Celiac son amd I shared a salmon, daughter had shrimp scampi and husband has the steak Bryan. It was just as good this time! The oil and bread were so amazing too! Amazing food and atmosphere- able to take my son who has Celiac disease - they have gluten free options!
Food was delicious as always! The highlight was our server Jenny's exceptional service!! She was very attentive to everything not only to us but her other customers! She is a very humble young women who takes pride in her service to her customers!
