Fantastic Food and Wonderful Dining Experience 👍👍 Two Sicilian boys from Texas who love to cook and eat. We love the Sicilian food our parents and grandparents cooked. We love the Creole and Southern food our family members picked up passing through Louisiana and stepping off the boat right on the dock in Galveston. And we love the Western food that's just part of being in Texas. Food, you see, isn't only about food. It's not some big secret. It's something that just happens when all of our interconnected families get together-the Carrabbas and the Mandolas, plus anybody with enough good sense to marry in. You may be poor, went the saying a mere generation ago, but you'll never be hungry. Food is part of us because that's how we were raised; food was present at births, christenings, weddings, graduations and funerals. Food is what reminded us we were family. To this day, whenever one family member meets another and starts talking about something or someplace, the first question has to be, "Whadya eat?"
I can't even express what a wonderful server I had when I went to Carrabba's this past week I've never had better service the food was amazing but the service was absolutely outstanding I will be coming back and asking specifically for my server Patrick !! My words cannot express what a great server he is. As a matter of fact I will be calling ahead to find out if he is working the next time that I have to make dinner arrangements to be honest Patrick was actually such a good server that I was given a raise at my job because of recommending the restaurants and obviously the service I just want to say thank you to Patrick and everyone at that restaurant he definitely deserves a raise!
Tried Carrabba's for the first time. This particular location in Stuart was quite clean. Some of the workers looked like they just crawled out of bed, but we got an awesome waitress named Hope. Sweet as pie. Very attentive and was so happy to be working there. Nice menu and pricing was not unreasonable. The food quality was less than what I expected. Everything was just average. From the Ceasar Salad, to the Meatballs & Ricotta, Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan and Cannoli Cake, nothing exceeded the threshold of just ok. If I give it one more try, I will consider the steak. A neighboring table ordered one and it looked pretty good.
Had the Wine Dinner tonight!!!!! Absolutely the best food , service was amazing !!!!! They actually bring the chef Ronnie out to meet everyone which was so nice to meet him!!! Such a caring atmosphere and a loving restaurant. Can’t wait to come back next month. Trust me check out the wine menu once a month!!!! You won’t be sorry
The server Felicia was extremely hospitality and professional. Attentive and offered suggestions which we enjoyed. Always smiling and seemed to be a star employee. I will highly recommend asking for her and her witty charm. My Wife and Daughter enjoyed chatting with her and we look forward to having her take care of us in the future. Definitely an A player!

So we already know the food is fantastic, but what makes this location an absolute gem is the staff. Felicia and supporting staff were attentive, kind, professional, personable, charming, witty, and credits to their profession. Felicia, fresh out of training on her third day, handled an 8-top of boisterous lads and ladies like a pro. We wanted for nothing. We really do need more people like Felicia. She is definitely the kind of Felicia I’m happy to say “hello!” to. Well done!
Absolutely love eating here. The food is always delicious and make sure you sit at the bar have Alisa prepare you a drink. She is hands down the best bartender in town. We love Carrabba’s so much we actually had them catered our wedding and they went above and beyond for us. Everyone loved the food.
