We went on a Sunday evening and it wasn't very busy. We were seated right away. However, it took multiple minutes for our drinks to come and over 10 for the 1 alcohol beverage. Our food was exactly what we ordered and very good. Overall, it was an okay experience due to the mediocre customer service. Quicker, friendly service would have made this a 5-star experience. They do have gluten-free pasta, which was a huge plus for me!
Attended bourbon tasting dinner. It was so much fun. The food was great and they did a wonderful job in pairing the bourbon to the dish. The wait staff was outstanding!
Wonderful food as always! Server Caesar was a little off game but probably was a busy day. Good experience & will return!
Ellis was our service he was great and on time with everything. Nice personality very clear to understand. Got there at 6:43pm and left at 7:50pm. We ordered drinks 1ft then the appetizer and our meals. They all came at the right time. First time going there. I will definitely go back. We like it. Thank Carrabba's for being a great service
Carrabba's never disappoints. The food is always so delicious, the fresh bread with herbs and olive oil make a perfect appetizer. Our service was impeccable, with extra servings of warm fresh made bread with our dinner.
Had a really enjoyable evening with hubby. Sara Lynn gave exceptional customer service. I had the chicken trio and my husband had the Johnny Trio. both were fabulous. We intend on returning soon.
My wife and I went on Sunday at noon. There were four tables seated in the whole restaurant. The hostess told us we would have a five minute wait because they only had one waitress working. So we waited fifteen minutes and I then asked if we could be seated. The hostess said they could not seat us until the last seated table had their drinks and they did not have their drinks yet. At this point I said, I think you need to hire some help to which the hostess smiled and sarcastically said "We'll get right on that". This is when we decided to leave. What bothers me most about this is that Carrabba's is my favorite restaurant and I love to go there but the service at this location has been in steady decline. There was only one waitress but there were two people at the hostess stand tearing up old menus. You would think one of them would help the waitress with drinks. I am surprised that the place is empty at 12pm on a Sunday. Even more surprised that we had to wait to be seated. I fear this location may not make it much longer. We left and went over to Midwood BBQ and had a great experience with the service and the food.
Just had a celebration dinner there and everything from start to finish was perfect! Our waiter, Darius, was fantastic - he offered great suggestions and advice. Chuck, the manager, was also there and he checked in - seemed to be well-invested in the customer having a positive experience. The food was excellent. The lentil and sausage soup is always a hit. The chicken trio is a piece of heaven on a plate! The cannoli cake was amazing - highly recommend!
