Very expensive for the quality of food. It's simple Italian food that you can make at home. It's good but not great. Last visit there was missing balsamic on an appetizer and pine nuts from a salad. Just not very consistent or true to menu.

I Love Carrabba's! Not a high end place but always consistently good food ( especially for the price and amount of food you get) Service is typically above average, and it was at the Hilton Head location I went to. Picture is Pasta Carrabba. ( Chicken, mushrooms and peas) very good!

Wonderful service by Cookie. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our dinning experience. The food was delicious.

I have never reviewed a restaurant before but I felt that it was necessary because this was one of the worse dining experience I’ve EVER had. Carrabba’s is one of my favorite restaurants and I’ve always had really great experiences with both the service and the food. This location was a completely different story. The service was incredibly slow, despite the fact they only had 5 tables of small parties occupied (the largest party was a table of 3 customers) and there were MORE than enough waiters working. The staff wasn’t very polite either. The food quality was very disappointing. They couldn’t even be bothered to make sweet tea when all 3 members of our party wanted to order sweet tea (which is very simple to make). After 26 minutes of waiting for our check so that we could pay and leave, I had to go to the kitchen staff and request our waitress come to our table, which took another 5 minutes. This was my fathers first time eating at a Carrabba’s because I told him about how great it usually is and after this truly horrible dining experience, this will definitely be his first and LAST time eating at a Carrabba’s, which I really hate because it’s usually so good. And after this experience tonight I will also never return to this location. It was truly disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Pros: the food was great, hats off to the chef. Cons: the hostess staff was unfriendly and it seemed as if we were an annoyance to them. Our waiter was nice but did not refill our drinks even once. He also never offered to refill our drinks even when seeing they were empty. I would not have considered the restaurant busy, but it seemed to take quite some time for everything to be done including our check. Overall not a great experience for pricey Italian food. This restaurant certainly has some opportunities for improvement.

Food was Good! Wait Staff needs work. We stood for a long time before Bartender/Waitress/Hostess finally acknowledged us. Seated us across from 2 Tables that had dirty dishes on for almost our entire meal. Our Waiter immediately started complaining that there was only 2 people working other than the Chef. They weren't overworked-only 8 other diners at 4 tables. Our waiter was rather obnoxious. Another employee arrived at approximately 1:15.

The WORST place we have ever at. 1) We arrived at restaurant at 7:30. At 8:15 we were seated at a table. They were Many Many tables empty as well. Finally, at 8:40 we were finally able to place the order. 9:05 we finally received our food. 2). The food was old. The steak was like leather. Fries were soggy. 3). Every time we ordered something we were told they were out of that. They had no pepperoni, no meatballs, no cheese for Mac n cheese. The store itself was disgusting. The floors had not been vacuum in long time. Tables were sticky. The ONLY good thing about this place was our waiter Gave. He tried his very hardest to please us, and make things right. I sure he gets more help there as we seen for ourselves that he wears many hats there, but with a continuous smile.

Took 50 minutes to get food and restaurant was only 1/3 full. Took 10 minutes for our waiter to greet us and another 10 minutes for him to return to our table with drinks. When soup arrived it was very thin. My husband's Caesar salad had crumbs of croutons and none whole. Drinks were not refilled without having to wait 10 minutes after glasses were emptied. Meal was delivered. I ordered Chicken Marsala with capellini and Sugar Rosa sauce. Pasta was mushy. Sauce was watery. It was 10 minutes before anyone checked to see if the meals were OK. My meal was returned, and I didn't want to give it another try, as I had lost my appetite at this point. Windowsill was covered in dust and had dead bugs on it as well. I'm a big fan of Carrabba's and have frequented many locations. So disappointed. I will never eat at this location again. Manager didn't charge us for meal even though we didn't request it. It was so bad, even that attempt to make it right didn't make up for the experience.
