Ashley (I hope I am spelling it correctly!) was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, personable and all around a wonderful server. She gave recommendations, answered all our questions, funny, and such a pleasure. The food came out fairly quickly and we came in just before 10 pm to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Our orders were on point and everything was enjoyed by all of our party. Will definitely will be returning soon thanks to Ashley!
The last Carrabba's We visited was in Texas 20 years ago. It's been so long. I don't even remember how it was. This location is updated, nicely decorated and clean. Service is great. Food portions are good. The price point is affordable. We ordered the sample platter, the rib eye steak and carbonara. Will recommend and come back again
The food was good, but the pork chops were a bit overcooked and not as flavorful as described. The server was Taylor P. and she was outstanding. It was walking distance from my hotel, so that was a plus.
The food was okay. It didn’t have enough flavor. Only the dessert and drinks were good. I liked the restaurant because it’s very clean and cozy. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was not too bad.
This location is our absolute favorite! The staff is amazing especially Meghan! She is so attentive and professional and sweet in every way! We drove 2hrs from NY for the second time and it won't be the last! Food is delicious and comes out very quickly. The Manager Chris came out to thank us for coming back! ❤️ this place ...... see you soon Meghan!!!!! Side note you must try the buttercake!
Professional staff, even though they are short staff they were really good. Great tasting food. Update 3/20/2022 Crowded at 6pm, not really enough staff to handle crowd. Waiter botched order, but was friendly. Tables weren't prepared, not a usual thing here. Still will maintain rating with the effort and that they finally have more staff. Follow up to come.update 10/29/2023 Sherry was a great server. Not crowded around 1 PM. Couldn't post the Mussels, they went to quick😁.
My family and I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by a young girl dressed in black who’s body language was immediately known to us all. The young girl obviously didn’t want to be there her frowned face and obvious disregard for us coming in to eat was evident. This young girl took us to a booth and left without us sitting down first. The booth was too small. I went back to the front of the restaurant to ask if we could have a table from a young man. The young girl was now sitting on a table to the right placing cutlery into a napkin, she shouted over at the young man not moving from her seat. The young man took us to another booth. Why another booth there was 4 open tables but we are guided to another booth, come on what the hell is going on? Finally after looking at the tablet in his hand he makes a decision to take us to a table. We sit there reading a menu and no one comes. The waitress walks past 3 times and nothing. We get up and we leave. To the General Manager, this is for you. First impressions last don’t put someone at the front of the store who isn’t a people person that’s the golden rule. Appalling! We have never been to a restaurant and felt so unwelcome.
Food is always excellent. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful, even when baby caused a martini-oopsie. Could not have had a better time....but, I say that every time I go. Oh. That berry sangria is still killer!
