Terrible service. Been getting worse over the past couple of years. This place used to be 5 star, but these days its barely 3 stars. Stopped at the drive thru on 8/7/23 and tried to order a combo #1, but had such a hard time trying to communicate with the woman on the speaker that I just gave up and drove away mid-order. She would just sit there in silence for literally minutes, so annoying. So I left and went to a taco truck instead where I could better communicate with the person in the window. Cant wait until her job is replaced by an AI bot... its much closer than she realizes

Food is good, customer service needs to be a lot brighter. Woman that took my order barely says anything, looked like she lost her best friend.

The foods okay but every time I’ve gone there they always get the order wrong and constantly overprice the order. Don’t go, McDonald’s has better service.

Went y Through the drive-thru, and on the road discovered that the fries were COLD. I called, and after repeating this 3 times, she never apologized, just hung up on me. Go to Burger King instead.

Walked in and never got waited on....what a joke....feels like discrimination if you ask me.....this place should be closed. Worst ever. They sux big time. I hope they go out of business. Bunch of yo yos running this place...

Expected food taste and quality, with fabulous cleanliness and upkeep. Literally sparkling clean bathrooms, and impressive WiFi 6 free internet

Very good Beyond Berger. Hot n fresh. Friendly service. Plenty of seating & parking.

Foods good. All the employees were in the back when I walked in. They said they would be right with me, I stood there 8 minutes before someone took my order.
