Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Winchester

I've had trouble getting the order correct when I come through. I have had them make mistakes and really should know better by now. I decided to try and place an online order. Picked up it, and, since it was sealed with tape, decided to trust that it was good. It wasn't. When I came in, over an hour later, it was explained to me by Heidi that online orders have a different way of being handled. That you have to submit a complaint online for those. She handled the situation pretty well, I thought, and still helped us out, but cautioned us to use the online system in the future. That's pretty good customer service, I felt. Good staff. It reminds me about how helpful they are when you notify them of issues.

My boyfriend was over charged here and then got food poisoning. When he came back and told the lady she just offered 10% off next time. Why would he want to come back here? $28 for a burger fries and drink. One meal. How is it $28?! Why wasn’t his money refunded if immediately after eating this utter cr@p he starts sh!tting himself?! Management is lousy. Food is disgusting and causes immediate bowel problems. Don’t come here unless you love being ripped off and poisoned.

Came 30 minutes prior to their posted dine in hours tonight to order to-go because it’s not fun to do a drive-thru on a motorcycle. They had it closed an the employees just standing there with a dumb look on their face knowing they closed earlier then they should have.. dont trust their hours on google or the door because they make them up as they go.

If I could give it zero star I would. The manager at Winchester location on Benton way was extremely rude. Never got my online order. Manager refused to help and hung up on me twice. AVOID THIS LOCATION. THIS WASNT MY FIRST ISSUE WITH THEM.

Avoid this location, it’s literally a problem everytime I try again. This is five times now, and five full failures. Once even had employees fist fighting In the back and was unable to get my food. This place is a joke.

Poor customer service, workers give u old food and don’t put everything u order but are happy to charge you for the item and not give it to u!!

8PM on 4/27/18 Female Drive-Through attendant repeated no onions and pictured is what "no onions" looks like. Also asked for ketchup and Ranch and was seemingly ignored as there was NONE in the bag. I had to ask the male wandering around the drive-through window for them.

They make you wait outfront for drive through orders.
