Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Vacaville

I often stop by this Carl’s Jr. to get the star nuggets! The 2/$5 is a great deal for a college student like me. What makes the star nuggets so great is that they always come out fresh, hot, and delicious. Every other day when I come by Brenda is always working the drive through. She always remembers who I am and her positive attitude makes my day. She goes beyond great customer service and I can relax knowing I’ll always have those hot, fresh, delicious nuggets ready for me!

I was in on 8/5 @ 12:30 I asked for the 2 for 5 deal. I was told by what looked to be a manager that had ended. One I ordered a # 1 meal at twice the cost. But yet, I still see the 2 for 5 being advertised on the TV and on line. It a shame a minimal profit item cost them a long standing customer.

Well I went through the drive-thru and all I got was a famous star with cheese, but the service was super friendly nice and the burger was absolutely perfect all the way to the last bite

Drive thru staff can’t fulfill the most basic of requests. Chicken stars are old and spongy. Not even remotely fresh. Avoid this place.

The food is delicious. But the service is very bad. I place an order for two and they give me only one. I ask for four sauces and they give me two. I really love Carl's Jr. but in order for me to enjoy this cuisine, I need to go to certain places where there is good service.

Bad service, bad food, just bad. Employees care so little about what they are doing they don't even strive to put the correct ingredients on their burgers. Carl's Jr should take some pride and close this location

Food was good. Just when did it get so expensive for fast food.

Food was as good as you could get from fast food. Service was very slow, workers had a bit of an attitude, and the overall atmosphere was sub par because the building was quite run down.
