We went thru drive thru. The person who waited on us looked like she was completely by herself. She deserves a raise. They need to hire more people. She was very nice and helpful, gave us service with a smile.

They were fast and efficient and got my order done correctly. But I really wanted a milkshake and they said the ice cream machine is broken. It's a very hot day and a milkshake would be great to beat the heat.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru then when I was quickly checking my order for no longer than 10 seconds he told me, “Can you move I have other orders to get out”. If I you can’t move faster than 30 minutes a car, 10 seconds isn’t going to ruin your times. Felt disrespected.

The girls working here were all very nice. The bathroom and the interior were cleaner than expected, but still kinda yucky with graffiti and stuff inside the bathroom. But my biggest disappointment was the price and the amount of food. It was $19 for a 5-piece chicken tender kids meal! I upgraded to criss-cut fries, but still, that’s insane. So here’s what we got for $19: one tiny kids meal drink cup, 5 chicken tenders, and maybe 7 cross cut fries. When we got the fries, they only filled up half the fry box. I asked if that was typical and the workers said “yes, it’s supposed to be halfway.” I wouldn’t have even paid $15 for that at a sit-down restaurant. Pretty ridiculous honestly. What kind of kids meal is $19?!

On recent occasion this week I've gone to Carl's drive thru, and the last two times I've gone there has been a cashier named Sabrina who is really cheerful and patient with customers. She deserves a raise Carl's jr. For the excellent service she provides.

Evening employees were very nice and fast service despite the drive through line being long. It’s always nice to drive by knowing the quality you will get at Carls Jr.

The only thing I ordered were Large french fries no salt and got soggy french fries with a lot of grease, and the Mgr. still denied it after we showed her the bag. Would not recommend this Carl's Jr

Review for January 3rd 2022. I usually come here after work after working a very hard day. There is an In-N-Out Burger is right across the freeway from them. But In-N-Out Burger is usually pretty full in the Drive-Thru. So I go to Carl's Junior and get a burger here right before I get on the freeway. It's pretty decent is not bad can't complain. It fills me up whenever I'm really hungry right after work. I'm not guilty, to say that I do appreciate the fact that they are not as busy as in and out. Thank you.
