Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Salinas

Food is great, delicious and awesome. The price and wait time though, not so much. Went through the drive-thru and after ordering I was told to wait out front. Took over ten minutes for my food to be ready and brought out. It was great good, but their prices and slow service do not do them any favors.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I've had in maybe any restaurant or food service situation & I'm relative old guy who has traveled a lot... Not sure I can recall all problems I had but here goes... NO shakes NO BBQ sauce Coke was 80% ice including admitted a BLOCK OF ICE IN CUP AND WOMAN AT DRIVE THRU WINDOW DID NOT OFFER TO REPLACE IT COKE before any ice melted was colored water with a hint of Coke flavor that I did not drink it... lol.. maybe my MD is happy I did.not have those sugar calories? Haha! FRIES were stale CHICKEN was a bit chewy but okay to eat! HILARIOUS (ironically) TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY when I went to corporate website to complain... 1st hard to find FEEDBACK as was only buried at bottom of home page NOT IN MENUS AND the system they use is PATHETIC in how prompts & what you enter... NEVER RETURNING HERE unless I do get some resolution from Corp AND PROMISE THEY CHANGE THIS LOCATION procedures & training! NOTE photo is what was left of "COKE" when I got home TWO HOURS LATER!

I came to dine in and this restaurant was very clean all employees were so friendly and they make feel welcome Bathroom was clean Food was fresh and hot

They ALWAYS make me park and wait for the food. Why bother having a drive through if everyone just has to go in for the food. Food and long wait not worth the high prices. Go to nearby in n out burger

The cleanest Carl's Jr. in town. Staff is great.

Clean and modern Carl’s. Service was above average for fast food place. However, there was an abundance of homeless milling around. The parking lot had several, and inside there was someone using the bathroom as their daily wash room. I don’t know if there is something that a restaurant can do to combat this problem. It’s too bad because it was otherwise a very clean Carl’s.

Used to be four stars now a one.the morning crew is 4 stars but night crew will over charge you by not adding up deals.they will give you bread so stale you could barely tear it off with your hands.jusy head to the Northside for Carl's at night at least the food is edible never going back to this one at night.

Took 20minutes to get 2 sprites. Got to the window and they asked what our order was… Went at 7:49 on a Sunday. With all the other options around I thought this would be the fastest route… wow were we wrong! I’ll just go to the gas station or In-N-Out or McDonalds right down the road next time I pass through.
