Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Rosemead

I ordered 2 sandwiches and both my burgers were growing/had MOLD!!!!. Not just starting it was green and had the black mold spots. Please retrain or re hire some people that can actually do check up on food that is expired. This was disgusting and I think I ate some of the mold because I didn't look at the bottom of my bun. I wish I can show you a picture of how gross that was. I spent $30 for some food, and it helped me get cancer faster. I am never going to a fast food Restaurant after seeing people blindly serve this, and a sorry is not enough for making me eat this disgusting burger that probably will cost me $$$ down the line from basically eating cancer and to my death. I do not want to see those two people that served me on 09/07/2021 at 7:45 PM. Who ever was the two guys working, I am absolutely disgusted that the people working at fast food really don't care about anything but getting paid by the hour. Dont Ever GO TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY RETRAIN AND REHIRE. DONT RISK GETTING YOUR CHILDREN SICK OR DIE FROM FOOD POISONING, its not worth it for a $12 MOLDY, CARELESS EMPLOYEE MADE BURGER.

Little over priced for fast food. It's better then McDs, but not as good as the Hat. Update: Tried there new prime rib burger today. Very disappointed. They only had two or three slice of paper thin beef on top. You couldn't even see it without removing the top bun. Also, watch out when you are ordering a combo. They will try to trick you into up sizing by asking if you want a medium or large. They intentionally leave out the regular/small option.

Good fast food! I love their french fries, they are crispy and tasty. The hamburgers are good and the lettuce and tomato are of good quality. The location is clean and the staff is friendly. I drove through so did not get a chance to visit inside.

I tried ordering in the store but went through the drive thru at 6:40 when I saw the sign of the door said the diner was closed and the drive thru was open from 7am to 7pm. I could see the worker walked away from the front counter area when he noticed we were waiting by the drive thru speaker and it looked like they already shut down even though it wasn’t supposed to be closed for 20 more minutes (25 when we first got there), and google also says they are open until 11. very disappointed as this was not the first time this has happened.

DO NOT go here! Worst experience ever! I tried to report the service to corporate but they didn't follow through. The girl at the drive thru was extremely rude. She acted like she didn't know what was on the menu so when we tried to order inside her and her coworker threatened us instead. I honestly think they were on drugs. I was pregnant and we had 2 toddlers with us. Will never go here again.

Five star for friendly service and 4.99 Superstar combo

I love trying out the promotional burgers and this Monster Burger really caught my eye. I went through the drive-thru this time. The transaction was painless as usual and the order was fulfilled quickly. The staff member was friendly and professional. In a couple minutes, I was knee deep in this burger and it was awesome! i usually post pics of the food , but I demolished it. I'll get it next time.

I usually don't post reviews but i tried to call right now and no one answered. the drink I got was so disgusting. It tasted like mildew. I took one sip and I was like hell no I'm not drinking this. And I had my bf try it to see if it was just me. And he was disgusted as well. You need to clean your soda fountains for the front and back of house. That's so gross and you all are poisoning people by giving them mildew drinks.
