Waaay to expensive for fast food burger. You can go to chili's or red robin or most restaurants for there prices. You feel taken advantage of. Never Again !
Great burger as always. The App and soda machines show flavors but they have one machine turned off and are missing soda flavors. The staff was like "Oh well". It takes millions in advertising to gain a customer and only one bad experience to lose one.
I like this Carls jr. AC works fine, its pretty clean in here. Friendly lady manager. Super fast service. Burger deal for 4.99 is amazing. Huge burger with double cheese for extra $1 - shut up and take my money. Will come here again for sure
I like this place but I don’t know why they made the window for getting the food in the passenger side of the car (right side) its a little complicated to pay and receive the stuff, its easier just get out of the car and pay and i dont know if this good for some people.
This place is a joke I was the only person in there. They had me waiting well over 15 mins then going to have the nerve to ask me to wait 5 mins every 5 mins from two separate employees need I mind u their drive thru is on the passenger side ok so two Hispanic then a white person walking in I walk out then they ask them for their orders. I'm a black Hispanic

The guy got my order completely wrong he literally charge me for some random the only reason I didn't go back to complain is because he didn't charge me for what I had requested I actually got what I paid for... The one-star is because he gave me the wrong change but he figured it out and gave it to me eventually
Placed an order for dinner using their App. Chose to pickup my order. Went up to the window and told them my name. They said they did not have my order. I showed it on my phone and the kid behind the counter said they never got it. So I asked to make it now and he said that they cannot do that because they never got it. He refused. So I left.
