Enjoyed a Guacamole Bacon 1/3 pound Thickburger combo recently at this location. The burger tasted great. The fries were hot and crisp. Fast and attentive service.

We love this Carl's! Same kind faces every time we go that say hi to us when we walk in! A few years back we stopped going because the quality and service went down but within a few months time they were better than ever. Always getting our orders correct and going above and beyond! Thank you Carl's for being one of our favorite lunch spots. The chicken club is my favorite!

Went to the rsm location at 11:20. This location closes at 12. the drive through lady starts talking to us over the speaker and then closes while we are in mid order. She didn’t tell us they were closing early and did take down our order. I’m overall very disappointed because i was looking foreword to the western bacon cheese burger :(

I ordered a double classic combo meal without onion because of me being allergic to them. The manager who took our order didn't put in no onions after I told her and I didn't know till my 3rd bite. I complained to her after I started feeling the simtims of it. She didn't want me correct it or anything till what would happen. She got mad and threw the burger in the trash and storm off and never came out to make sure everything was ok. The crew made me another one with no onions

Very slow, and they did not fallow the instructions I gave them plus on one of the double burgers it was only one patty. I mean come on I get that the special instructions you can overlook but how do you forget to put 2 patties lol oh and the burgers were like rubber, super dry. For a pricy fast food place I am disappointed.

After ordering a hamburger made PLAIN, we received one with all the fixings. We returned it stating it was wrong and all they did was scrape the ketchup off the patty and place it on a new bun. Leaving splotches of ketchup and mustard on the patty. Always more expensive than other fast food restaurants.

Need a quick burger fix or a quick breakfast? Lots of choices, good quality. Stopped in for Breakfast and Solomon went the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. I will be back tomorrow.

Another work week eatery on my usual rotation. The foods good. It's not always the cleanliness of eateries, and I've seen everything from workers having their children running a muck in the dining area, to drug deals going on in the parking lot among workers and the off duty worker selling them drugs. I've see off the clock employees jump behind the register to ring customers up because the on duty staff was not paying attention to the front counter. The young staff often has personal conversations at elevated volumes everyone can here in the dining room.
