Met standard fast food expectation. However, no one was at the counter even after we waited for a couple of minutes. They saw us waiting, didnt acknowledge us but continued to chat in the back. Almost walked out. But I hollered at them instead.

Cashier Maggie was very rude. She is not a people person. She did not welcome us, or thank us after purchase. I asked her for a straw because there were none next to the soda machines; I told her I can put some over there for her. She pointed to a small sign (not next to the soda machines) and said I need to read. Apparently you need to ask for straws.

Ordered breakfast burritos and they used to be decent size and full. This was ridiculous and they aren't cheap at all!!! I mean atleast fill with egg, that's cheap! Geez but nahhh nothing. Won't go back.

I placed an order at 10:48pm last night, and I'm assuming they closed at 11--by 1055 the lights were off. When I received my food at 1052, my jalapeño double cheeseburger was room temperature. The cheese would not melt, and the Santa fe sauce and tomato actually cooled the patties as I decided whether to ask for a replacement. When I went through the drive through again, hoping for a hot meal, they did not answer. I have attached two photos of my burger (you can see the cheese isn't melting because the burger isn't warm) as well as a photo of the outside of the building, before 11pm.

Jeeeeeeeeeezus! The food was so fresh, amazing! The staff was extra friendly, and made me feel valued, like I was at a sit-down restaurant!

It was ok burger and ok service. But they really need to do something about restroom.(It smells bad)

Had the worst customer service right now through the drive through. The lady Courtney taking my order was so rude to me. Then when I get to the window and pay she says my foods not ready park in the front. My husband went in to complain about how rude the lady was and she didn’t even apologize all she said was I’m in the middle of a rush and she’s the manager. They finally brang my food out and my chicken club didn’t even have a chicken patty on it! You just lost a really good customer. I will not be going back. How can you treat your customers like that????????

Only two people in the dining room three people in the Drive-Thru nobody in front of me and it took more than 15 minutes to get one single burger. I know we've tried several times in the past and they've had very slow service. I should have known better when I saw people pulling back out of drive-thru with it taking so long. I know this has been the case most every other time I've been here. But I figured I'd been 2 years maybe they had New Management. I don't think I would recommend this if you were wanting fast food. I know they try and blame it on rising employment cost. But it's been this way for at least 10 years.
