Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." North Hills

Unfortunately my experience with Carl's Jr at this location was unsatisfactory. To start with, we had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes because there was only one employee behind the counter taking care of walk-ins, drive-thru, delivering food to the dining area, and making coffee. The second problem was that they overcharged me, and when I confronted them, they paid me some money but not enough to make up the overcharge. The third problem was I had asked for lettuce wrap, and one of the sandwiches came with bread; so, I had to go back and wait until they gave me the right order. The fourth problem was I asked for ranch dressing and and I was told that they only had ketchup and mustard. I think next time I may choose a different location or an entirely different restaurant.

A little pricey but I Love Carl's Jr. Call me crazy but I believe they're better than In N Out.

This place is absolutely terrible, the customer service was horrible. Nobody even answered me at the drive-through. This is been the second time I’ve given this place a try, and every single time these people don’t know how to act or take care of customers it’s becoming the normal around here now they just don’t know how to run businesses.

Omgoodness! I finally ate inside of a restaurant and it felt sooo good. The whole restaurant was spotless with separated seating. And it was just nice to kick back and listen to good music they always play and eat dinner out!! Oh and I forgot to mention This Carl's, the food is ALWAYS amazing! Super fresh and yummy! 😁🥰

Open 2four7 is my main appreciation Happy staff even at 3:19am always got the shake machine working Fast service and it's appreciated cause the location kinda iffy but calm

Carl's Jr is conveniently and easy to get to from the places I commute. Good is good and their service is exelent.

Ahh hell no. We ordered it through postmates last night. Called to fix a missing order,the girl i spoke with, she said her name is LAURA. Fire her. She’s no help at all and a disgrace to the management. They forgot one of our orders and she’s not even sorry for what happen did not offer any solution to the complaint. FIRE HER. SHE’S GONNA MAKE THAT LOCATION GO DOWN. OUR FAMILY WORKED FOR MANY FINE DINING RESTAURANTS. And that’s not how you deal with it. If i can give this a negative 5 ☆ review i would.
