Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." North Highlands

Let's see if this review is removed like my last two were. Every time I come to this location I have nothing but problems. Today I ordered the strawberry lemonade in a medium with my combo. I received the smallest cup they offer. When I asked why I was informed that they only had it in one size. This drink is almost $4. For the size of a drink that I would expect to come in a kids meal, and it is completely filled with ice. This review is going to be way more harsh since I've now had to do this three times. In what world is a small worth $4? I will upload a picture because the straw is the size of two of these cups. Is disappointing, I just hope somebody else will not be swindled.

My bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was beyond messed up. I didn't want to drive back for a replacement be a waste of time. Here is some pictures. Not only the chicken was less than half the portion. The inside was chewy/gummy... this use to be my favorite location. Not no more.

If you get chicken strips/stars they will “secretly” charge you an additional $1 for sauces (as if the chicken isn’t already over priced) When you order chicken strips/stars a dipping sauce should absolutely be included. This has happened multiple times. Unacceptable. And of course nobody answers the phone when calling.

During my recent visit to Carl's Jr, I encountered some issues with the app-based offer for a free sandwich. Although I downloaded the app as instructed by the manager, Connie, I encountered an error message stating that the location was not accepting orders. When I brought this to Connie's attention, she explained that there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation. While I appreciate the effort to promote the app, I found the experience to be a waste of my time and money, and I was disappointed by the false advertising. Additionally, I felt that the prices for food and drinks were inflated given the quality of the products and services provided. In light of these concerns, I have decided not to patronize Carl's Jr. in the future. Nevertheless, I respectfully suggest that the owner of this establishment consider replacing the current manager, as it appears that her performance may not be aligned with the responsibilities of the role.

This CJ's gets 4* due to on line Google maps says this place was open on the window at the restaurant it says they are open yet when I was there the first time today the inside of the place was closed my phone was 2% and died on me trying to place a pick up order I had to walk back home charge my phone that was after knocking on door 3 times trying to get a workers attention to charge my phone enough to place my order then turn around and walk back bang on door again luckily I got a girls attention after the 2 time banging I wasn't leaving this time with out my food lol I was allowed in to pick up my order treaded with a smile told to have a nice day and even giving two ranches with out trying to charge like stingy with the sauce McDonald's js Food was hot good flavored and it got all over the place because it belonged in my face

Cleanest Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been in. Food and coffee was tasty. Friendly staff, as well.

When I walked in the place it was nice and clean I ordered my food without a problem. When I received my food the fries were honestly better than McDonald’s. These fries were nice and fresh with the perfect amount of salt and my rest of my meal was overall great.

Exceptional customer service from Armando at the Drive Thru window. He was friendly, polite, and very efficient. I received my order quickly and the food was hot and freshly made. I deliver for Uber Eats and have been to a lot of different restaurants & this restaurant is definitely my favorite so far. The night crew all deserve raises.
