Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Monterey Park

July 28th. Ac is off, I ordered my beyond burger with no cheese. Once I opened, it had cheese even though my recept said no cheese. Also, NO KETCHUP! NO APOLOGIES ABOUT IT EITHER. Not even small packets.

Came to Carl’s jr, ordered my burgers and i asked for a fountain drink witch was 1 dollar any size so i asked for a large and she said oh sorry we only have smalls! and i said that’s fine and i pulled up to the windows i saw a big stack for all size cups by the register! I felt lied to by the girls working there maybe they were told don’t advertise it! But then again why would they have a dollar size drink by the window!!! please manager train your team property!

We rediscovered Burger King! Thanks to one of your morning female crew members, I call her Jeronimo. She was giving the worst drive-thru service that I have ever seen, she left the old man in front of us knocking on the window for 10 minutes because that order was wrong. When it was finally out turn this idiot proceeded to try and insult our work van and was talking about how she doesn't need to work at Carl's Jr. because her man takes care of her...lol. I wish I knew this piece of craps name..long black hair, dark, ugly and extremely ghettorific!

This is place is awesome friendly staff makes me happy here feels like at home The Manager is Here when you need help makes me happy satisfied nice doing business here at this Location and i find this place home i love the radio station 104.3 My FM on the intercom system Theres Free Wifi. Come to this location because its the best. Its become a safe place. One thing is to fix the AC is hot in there

This is my new come to Carl's junior and I don't even live close but the customer service I received from crystal and maria was amazing. Crystal has such a great attitude, it's so contagious. Thank you so much, ladies. From Daniel

Horrible service! Went on Sunday 5/21/23 at 2:00p.m. The girl taking my order gave me nasty attitude. When I got my food, I asked for condiments to another lady working there. She had the audacity to throw condiments in the bag as my mother had it in her hands. Some of the condiments fell on the ground. Very unprofessional!!!!

Tuesday, 5/30/2023 @ 7:00pm, i drove thru and the female taking the order was rude and very unfriendly. When i got my food I asked her for ketchup and she threw 4 packets thru my car window and shut the drive up window. Needless to say i wont be going there anymore and the sad part is thats the closest drive thru Carls i have. Very disappointing. Sad that they have such rude employees

Worst place you can eat at a fast food ,the place is so dirty and understaffed, food was cold it took them 25 mins to give us our food
