Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Monterey

This Carl's Jr. is conveniently located and the food is consistently good. My chicken sandwich was served quickly. The employee who helped me made sure that I had everything I needed for my order to go. Also, this location always has clean restrooms, which makes visiting this restaurant a pleasant experience.

I went there for an ill friend in a local convalescent hospital. I needed a simple hamburger with meat ,bun, and mustard only. The counterperson was both honest and helpful, leading me to the least expensive way to do this. I felt the sincerity of effort on her part. It was a good feeling of human connection, something you can't sell.

Ordered at drive-thru. Food was ready when I pulled up to the cashier window literally. Did they even cook it ??? Or recook it, reheated. Fries were old and cold of course and burger was barely warm. I've complained about this before at the PG location. Guess those expensive TV commercials promising hot crunchy fries and sizzling fresh char grilled burgers doesn't apply to them. I'm tired of complaining about this time and time again at this location. The management there sucks point blank.

I had the guacamole bacon cheeseburger. It was uninspired without much guacamole. They used to be better. The fries were good, though.

Terrible customer service, The burger was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I tried to return it and got a big runaround Worst experience ever.. the associate was rude. Didn’t do anything to try to make it better did not offer me another choice or to make me a burger that was at least warm or hot. There were people behind me that were upset. I was only asking for a refund because I did not want to eat cold food. She told me to hurry up and get out of the way so other customers could come I will never ever come to this establishment again!

The worst carls jr in monterey. Southwest chicken was just awful. Had only sliver of pepper. Service was awful. Soda machine only giving carbonated water and staff could care less. Went into restroom and it was filthy. I just left... Never to return 🙁

Dined-in, customer service was great and atmosphere was calm. Place was almost empty around 3 pm. Food was also great.

Sandwiches look like the photos!!! Tasty and not greasy. Dining area and bathroom could have been cleaner.
