Decided to grab breakfast on our way to the bay, and I definitely regret my decision. The food was mediocre (did not come close to what was advertised). The cashier lady had such a bad attitude and lacked customer service so much that it felt unwelcoming. I thought I ordered a combo, and since she neglected to read back the order (before eagerly swiping the card), I tried to confirm that the combo came with a drink. She very bitterly told me that she only charged me for the burrito and not the combo. She did not apologize for any miscommunication, and made the entire experience just uncomfortable and disappointing. Not a great start to this rare family trip.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. The customer service of the employees has been above and beyond reproach 😊we came in with a rather large group with individual to go orders and the cashier not only assisted with bagging our food but she took the time to mark each bag so we would not get our orders mixed up 🙏
I love this Carl's Jr you guys the staff members are so nice. All the workers make you feel welcome the atmosphere is nice cozy and quiet which me and my husband really enjoy. The restrooms are always clean which is always a good thing
Good photogenic burger without moving all the meat to one side. I didnt pay for our little guests though...

Cold fries with a cold super star. The burrito and chicken tenders were hot. Tried to call the store to complain but nobody answered. Wasted $26.88
I know it's a fast food chain, but the folks here really put work into good service and food. I stop here right before the Pacheco Pass when traveling to the bay. Good Burgers.
