Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." King City

I have never been to a worst Carl's Jr in my life. It took repeating our order 4 times at the window and we only got 3 things. They could not understand English at all which I can be patient with but after the 4tg time it was frustrating. The receipt had all the food rang up correctly but we got wrong items on 2 of our orders. We had them remake they order after going inside and showing them what was wrong. They then made us the worst possible burgers in history. It took me 5 napkins just to get enough of the sauce off my burger to eat. It was literally swimming. My wife's burger was cold and the jalapeno poppers were also cold. The sprite was out of syrup so we got bitter soda water. We then asked for a refund because we didn't eat anything and after 5 minutes the manager Laura Vera finally came out and informed us they have a no refund policy on all food. She pointed to a small posted sign that they had clearly printed themselves. Not even visible to drive thur customers. Barely visible to counter customers. I'm attaching a photo of the sign. Do not go to this location. They are a franchise that doesn't care and they are not run by Carl's Jr corporate according to the sign on the wall.

Never been to a dining that well maintained I thought all fast food restaurants were the same. People are friendly unlike San Jose. Laura was extremely helpful. The food was hot and fresh loved the French fries. Really pleasant place, I’ll definitely stop by on our way back. Thank you

Excellent Carmen Customer Service. Impressed the way the Managment help the employees to teach them great manners to how to approach to the clients. Place Super Clean. Carmen the Manager should have the opportunity to teach the rest of the restaurants know how to Managment good service. And just to let you know I know her name because I ask for her name and told him How impressed I was with the job that she was Done Here

Service was great! Very polite! Food was great and warm! Delicious food no matter what time it is!!!

The food was practically inedible. The onion rings had so much salt that you could see the grains of salt all of them. Even wiping them off made no difference. The chicken was rubbery and tasteless. The only taste was from the bbq sauce it was drowned in. The hamburger my husband had was just meh. A total waste of $28 for two.

We drove through.. If you look at the Manu they show this big handcrafted lemonade.. When I got it, it was maybe 5oz with all the ice... 👎👎👎

Waited 25 minutes for a burger. Asked about it multiple times and was told it was coming. Meanwhile, 20+ cars went through the drice thru. If you're in a hurry (which frankly, what else would you be at a Carl's Jr. in the middle of nowhere for), go somewhere else.
