Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Desert Hot Springs

Food is good as always. There crisp cut fries are amazing best thing. Only complaint is there was a hair in on of the burgers. Unfortunately that did effect the score a lot because the hair was pretty long. We will definitely keep eating there but do better.

I enjoy going to the Carl's junior's here because everything's fresh but I do not appreciate when I get my card and it's not right side up and it's upside down showing my code. So for the person right now who handed my card upside down if I have any kind of money on my account is missing you will be held accountable. Now this goes for every food company you hand someone's card right side up not upside down.

Place needs a makeover. Service is improving though. The california classic is the best. Tastes just like an in n out burger.!

Ordered the double cheeseburger. Opened the bun, and one of the patties looked as if it had been dropped, broke, and was placed on the bun like a very badly assembled jigsaw puzzle. Not even a whole pattie. Since I was already home, I did not want the hassle of driving back to exchange it. Very annoying.

the burgers and price were great. Very quick and effective service.

We went last night 12/25/22. The place was PACKED, which normally you’d think the employees would be a bit stressed.. nope. The employee who took our order was very friendly and the food was served fast and fresh. 5 stars is not enough for the customer service and quality of food we were served last night. I hope the employees got good pay and a bonus for working Christmas night.

The manager was RUDE. I asked her a question and she turned her back on me, ignored me, and asked the other cashier to tell me. In a rude way. I told her she was rude and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about
