I came here at 11:15pm on Wednesday 7/26 and order a plain beyond burger and they put cheese on it. I am allergic

I have come here twice recently and had HORRIBLE service. The first time I walked inside. There was someone waiting at the counter to be helped, but no employees to be seen. They could be heard talking and laughing. I waited a few minutes and when no one came out me and the person in front me of me left. Fast forward a week. I go to the Drive-Thru, the HORRIBLE automated message plays, and I wait for someone to take my order. After several minutes of waiting I drove off. I like the food. Hate the poor service.

Went in to use a coupon and a gift card that was given to me. I ordered my food, and they honored the coupon, but they told me we do not gift cards, just credit or debit. The soda machine didn't work, the person at the counter did fill my soda.

I Come Here Often & Everytime They Make My Food. I See The Cook Using No Gloves. I told Them & The Kind Lady Ask Him To But I Still Come In & See No Gloves Being Used

⭕️It seems that Carl’s Jr. provides different services in different branches.🤔. While I had previously had one of the best burgers in another branch, in this branch the burger was not cooked well and the staff's behavior was unkind.😐

Fix your signs on the drive-thru I want a #3 a western cheese burger not the big Carl and if you know this make sure you give the customer their receipt so they could give you your mistake back!!!!! And also repeat the name of the order not the number just to make sure that's what we want that's very unprofessional and deceitful. This is the second time this has happen.
