Breakfast Menu "Carl's Jr." Camarillo

This facility is very well managed and the employees are always ready and willing to make sure their establishment is pristine. Every time I go I am greeted with kindness and smiles, and when I order and decide to change they answer with patience. All around the establishment is well managed including restrooms and the food is great!

It's nothing special. Food quality is average, service is average. It's somewhat a pain to get to if you're traveling north on Las Posas. We don't avoid eating here, but it's also not a "destination" eatery. Price wise, it's pretty expensive compared to other fast food options.

Like I’ve been posting these past couple of weeks, I have bad news about my experience at Carl’s Jr. I was looking at a manager because he had a different color shirt and a drive-through employee- with a headset on. They were both Male and looked at me a few times—didn’t say welcome or please wait for any help— I was looking at both and just stood there; l don’t understand why they didn’t even talk to me. Another lady was a bit nicer and was on the phone and asked, “Have you been helped yet?” I said no. Neither guy had said anything to me yet, and then she had the manager return and take my order. He was reticent and did not look at me. He tossed the water cup on the counter, making me feel like I shouldn’t eat there. It was so unprofessional, and I noticed they always have the Now Hiring sign-up on their building near the front door. Customer service has gone south, and no one is nice to anyone anymore, no matter the situation.

Haven’t had a BBQ chicken sandwich and zucchini in a long time. This used to be my favorite menu item here. I gave into my craving and got dinner. It was horrible!! The chicken was like rubber with no taste. The zucchini was just as bad. I couldn’t eat it at all. Tasted old. Stay away and save your money.

It’s become ridiculous when you wait in a long line, only to get your food and it’s cold. Patty literally looks like it was sitting and just thrown thrown together. This place is a complete rip off, nothing is made fresh to order. It’s my 3rd time here in the last 6 months and it’s the same experience every time. You would think if it’s busy your food would be made to order. I paid $21 didn’t even eat it. Calling corporate...

Greeted warmly on the way in, place was fairly clean and the food came pretty quickly. My only slight complaint is that the portions were a bit small. For fast food, Carl's Jr. is not one of the cheapest options so they should put an extra chicken tender in there or something.
