The staff at this Carl's Jr is one of the friendliest in the Treasure Valley. They always get my order right and they are not usually super busy, which is also a plus if you are wanting a quieter ambiance. They are right off the 10th St exit in Caldwell for a nice, quick, yummy meal!! 😊

This was by far the worst experience we've had at a fast food restaurant. The employees behind the counter were extremely rude, they didn't care about the customers they were to busy talking amongst themselves. There were no napkins on the customers side of the counter, my wife asked the guy at the counter for napkins and he rolled is eyes and walked away. (Never got more napkins) My wife then went to get some ketchup for our little girls and there was only one sauce, it was some sauce that tasted like metal. When she went to dispense the sauce the dispenser fell on the floor. She went and told the guy at the counter and he came over and just put it back in and left. She again went over to the counter and told him that was on the floor, so he rolled his eyes and went over and took the whole dispenser back behind the counter. The bathrooms were so disgusting we couldn't take our kids in to go to the bathroom. To top it off the food was absolutely horrible. I would tell people to stay away from this location, it could cause you to never go back to Carl's Jr again. I know we will never be going back to this location.

Went to Carl’s Jr. in Caldwell on 10th Ave. What are the number three western bacon burger. Watch the man make it cold to onion rings out of a pan that had been sitting there, for God knows how long along with a piece of meat that look like it was dried slapped it on a bun, rolled it up, and when I asked if he cooked it fresh he said yes. and when you pay $11.33 for a hamburger you think you could get it fresh knot out of a pan

Forgot frys, honey mustard, and said I got a cookie with my meal..nope didn't happen..there excuse was they forgot to tell me it didn't come with it although it was on my receipt. They need help!!

The food was awesome. I definitely would come here again. Clean and very friendly staff, as well as quality service.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, I had to wait behind 2 vehicles for over 15 minutes. I received my order and my chicken sandwich was overcooked and there were onion ring bits in my French fries that were also overcooked. I also ordered a coke but they were out of coke. What the heck, this was a poor meal for sure. I’m very disappointed, why didn’t I go to Ckick-fil-a?

Great customer service and lobby is open. Food was all cooked properly, not burnt like the Garden City location. Staff was very friendly and patient with my indecisive 5 year old trying to order. Lobby was spotless. Much better experience than the other locations across the Treasure Valley

I like their food, especially the Big Hamburger which is just a classic American burger. It used to be 1.59 then 2.49 and now 3.99 outstripping inflation 3 fold. The reason I am leaving 3 stars today is because the restaurant is open until 11pm but they conveniently turned off all their dining room lights and counter lights leaving just a few kitchen lights on. Presumably this is to make it look like they are closed. I pulled up and they took my order. As soon as I did several other cars piled in behind me. They could do more business if they actually helped attract customers instead of trying to deceive them into thinking they are closed.
