Horrible customer service. First they gave me the wrong burger, then my fried zucchinis raw (the batter) , they skimmed me a jalapeno popper n didn't blend my shake right. That's besides the point when I brought it to there attention, the heavy set girl get offended n gives attitude. Then Veronica the cashier comes and starts giving attitude as well . Overall. I wasn't going to write this review about the food. It was the fact of how rude they were to me with my family. I had my nephew and baby and sister with me. Then I asked their name and refused. Never again.

Nice quiet place to eat. Couldn't get tap water though. Went because I had a coupon.

Ordered a 9pc jalapeno poppers and 8 out of the 9 where just fried batter. Nothing inside. Tried calling but no answer. Last time I go there. So disappointed.

Horrible experience. Found a piece of METAL sticking out of my 8 year olds chicken tender. Called to make them aware and no answer. Had to drive back to show the workers. I was told a manager or district manager would call me but now one has contacted me about the incident. When I asked the girl for the piece of metal so I could take a picture, she claimed she dropped it and couldn't find it. It's going to end up in someone's drink or tray. Dont know if it was was just our order or if the whole batch is a hazard. I hope they pulled it out and checked. But no one cared to do anything about it.

Over priced .food not that great .. hamburger tasted old

I love the impossible burgers as well as the service but as a person who doesn't eat the meat the price is astounding!
