Took a friend to lunch. She was on a walker. Waited for handicapped parking space to open. There is large step up on one side and ramp on other. Open space was at large step. As I tried to maneuver the walker, a store employee rushed out to help me. And she held the doors for me to get through with my friend. I'm thankful that there are still people who have respect and care for the elderly. Food was very good. Thank you for a wonderful visit and the special treatment.
I had to repeat my order a couple times, but that's not the issue. The fish , fried okra, and especially the stuffed crabs were burnt. It's usually a great place and everyone makes mistakes occasionally.
Thanks but no thanks! 03/06/2023 Dinner Costs $13.58 How in the world could any worker miss bagging this up? Both half's of the buns were burnt!
The crew were very friendly and helpful. They also were hard working. I watched as I was there. There was someone constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces. Though this was a typical Captain "D" 's the crew made it so much more.
I haven’t been there in a while. I was very disappointed in the food I got. I got 2 platters. One was missing a slaw and the cat fish was very small and very dry. Everything was cold. The chicken was also dry. Two meals we didn’t get to eat due to old fries and dried out meats. The fish was also dry. Will not be going back. Waste of money.
I had the spicy 2 fish meal! Delicious. Their Cole slaw is one of the best I have ever had! The staff is amazing. Great job! Would highly recommend!!!
I asked for a 3 piece fish dinner GRILLED to go, didn’t get it. Called and was told they only grilled one piece fish 🤔 didn’t tell me during the order, guess I should have said I want 3 pieces of fish grilled and add side 💁🏻♀️maybe then I could have got grilled.
Why is Captain Ds now cutting their fish in half lengthwise, frying it seperately, and calling that a two piece meal? I am a nurse, worked a 12 hour shift, sat in line FOR 30 MINUTES, (with only two cars in front of me.), paid for a two piece meal, and got really a one piece meal and i'm still hungry lol. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened, thought the first time was a fluke.
