Breakfast Menu "Captain D's" Collierville

a quiet place to eat with pleasant staff who serve with courtesy and a simple menu but with good flavor that despite the fact that it is fast food at least are fish and salads so I considered this option if you want to taste something different from a fast option and without so much waiting

Captain D’s is a fish & seafood restaurant. I love the crispy fried fish. Especially when cooked fresh and served hot. They have shrimp, chicken strips, crab cakes, and lots of sides. Usually a little on the slow side. But that is fine if it is served hot like I mentioned above. Captain D’s is more of a fast food restaurant than a place like Red Lobster, in my opinion. Prices are a little high when you consider drinks do not come with the meal. They do have specials they promote every month. And we get coupons in the mail pretty regularly. For us, it is an occasional place to eat.

Food was luke warm and rubbery. Half of my order was wrong and the service was dry and unpleasant to say the least!

They were great, and food was awesome! Except they forgot to bag my Mac & Cheese… I found out until I got home. Not a big deal since it’s a lot of food for a great price, but they should care a little more to make sure everything is there.

The food was excellent, the staff seemed over-worked and short handed. Not the best environment for a family dinner night. If the food wasn't so good I might not go back.

May have just been a freak occurrence, but ordered our meals on the app, went to pick it up, doors were locked. An employee opened it up, and stated 2 managers had to leave, and it was himself and one other employee. I told him I was there to pick up my order, and he was nice enough to bring it to me instead of making me wait in the drive thru line, which was wrapped around the building. Only thing would be if that occurred again, post a sign stating only the drive thru is open.

The service is good, but the wait time in the drive-thru are very long. It takes a while to place your order, once placed, the wait at the window is long as well. Most customers are on 30 minute lunch breaks. Time is important. The staff are always friendly and 95% of the time the food is hot.
