Food is fantastic! Portions are huge! Mostly order take out, but last visit I ate inside the restaurant. Small venue, but full of character, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Food is seriously awesome! Everything I've ever ordered here has been super tasty.
I ordered bbq wings from this restaurant/ I should’ve opened the container to check the food before I left - unfortunately, when I got home , and opened the container, the chicken was undone and the person had drizzle few drops of bbq sauce over the chicken- I called the restaurant and asked for the manager but conveniently the manager was not there - I explained to the young man what happened ,and his response was , yeah,Ok”. What drove me to write this review was partially the food but mostly the service/ poor customer service can hurt the business- people might remember how bad the food was but they might attempt to give the business another try but bad service it is hard to forget - your lost neighborhood customer, and along with other family members and friends - train your staff on customer service. It’s is as important as the food you are serving -
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was prepared in a timely manner and delivered to the table. It was delicious and very well prepared. The dark hot sauce was an added flavorful and spicy treat. I can wait to go back.
Solid tacos. Pro tip: stick with traditional, don't go with "Supreme" like you're at a taco bell.
I had just started ordering from here. 2nd time I ordered, I realized that my order hadn't been made right after I got home. I called that shop to let them know and the employee told me that it "was a kitchen mistake," and she had to talk to the manager about it and would call me back. Never received a call, so I followed up the next day. I asked if the employee if they had spoken to the manager and if they were going to remake the order? I was told that the manager said that "there was nothing they could do, and that the kitchen staff was told to be more careful." Needless to say, I won't be returning to this shop. Check your order before you leave...
Another disappointed customer!!! We used to love the tacos from here but something has gone SOUTH. The Chirico is never consistent...one time great the next time terrible. Every time we try to call in an order whoever answers the phone either doesn't understand how to listen or they just shouldn't be taking phone orders because you have to repeat the order several times to be confident that they get your order right. Lastly the last 2 times we've ordered tacos we got lemons instead of limes. Is there a shortage of limes...? We won't be back
Ordered 2 Cali Boxes. The steak tacos arrived lukewarm and did not have much flavor. The nachos were cold. The portion sizes got smaller than several years ago.
ordered a pizza quesadilla from them , they completely disregarded the fact I said only steak and cheese due to an allergy. Added everything to the quesadilla including the topping I was allergic to. Returned the quesadilla to then receive a quesadilla half the size of the one I had bought the first time remind you I paid 20$. My third bad encounter with this location . Won’t be going back
