We absolutely love this restaurant and especially the owner who treats us as family. We literally crave this food and have quickly become a “regular”. The food is to die for. We recommend trying everything on the menu as it is each unique yet healthy and delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We come here at least once a week. I highly recommend Café Mediterranean to everyone!!
If you haven’t tried Cafe Mediterranean Hyde Park, you’re missing on some amazing food and great service. Our biggest critic (our 7 year old girl) loved the food too.We went there for our 15 years anniversary and I wanted to try more the one kinda grill meat. The chef put together a very tasty family size girl mix which was not on the menu. Thank you chef!! Was delicious 🤤Appetizers didn’t disappoint either. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to go back soon. Don’t forget to try some of the best baklava and super good complimentary tea.
First time dining here, but won't be the last. The food was absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic as well! The baklava was the BEST I've ever had! Will definitely be back!
Excellent Turkish food, great service with smile! My son and I enjoyed our lunch and just hang out. We recommend this restaurant to anyone is looking for great food. I have see. Few reviews with low rating, one was for the Turkish coffee and the price. The person made the comment didn’t understand Turkish coffee doesn’t come in large cup; it is very strong and always comes in small cups.
The atmosphere was pretty good. I had the moussaka and the octopus dish. The octopus dish didn't taste like octopus. I appreciate the use of capers, but I wasn't convinced what I was eating was even meat, let alone octopus and its more like a warm salad than an octopus dish. The moussaka was off. It tasted like something in it was burnt and the garnish herbs were way overused. It wasn't inedible. It just wasn't good to me, and I like moussaka and octopus.
Like all the other reviews we only have great things to say about the food here as well as the service. The owner is kind, fun, and kept us entertained. He also helped us try new dishes which we ended up loving. Can’t wait to come back again!
My first time trying mediterranean food, and it was amazing! The manager and server were the nicest people and so attentive. I had the hummus, lamp kabob, and baklava! Delicious and fresh. The summer cocktail perfect. I can’t wait to come back and try more. Thank you!!!
What a terrific spot for the BEST Turkish food in Cincinnati. This was my first time dining at Cafe Mediterranean and I absolutely loved it. Highly recommend if you are looking for some great cultural food and 5 star service. You have to try the pistachio baklava…truly amazing. I will definitely be returning!
