User Reviews

Dang, I love this cafe. What stuck out the most to me was the staff—they were actually happy to be there as they were lively and all smiles. It made the restaurant feel elevated because the cohesion and camaraderie accentuated the experience for both the staff and customers. Shoutouts to Edwin. As for the food, I have nothing else to add that thousands of others haven't already said. I'm completely satisfied.

Everyone was very nice, even though things moved very quickly. Food was amazing. Every single thing. So hard deciding what to order. I wish the seats were larger and the place wasn't so tight.

Excellent. IMO, portions were unnecessarily huge but everything was very good for all members in my 6-person party for breakfast. Very busy place, even on a weekday. Would recommend getting there by 9am because there was a line out the door by 10am.

Widely considered to be one of the best breakfast spots and restaurants in OKC. It lives up to the hype. Their sweet and savory options are all equally delicious. Due to their popularity though, they are busy! It'll be a long wait any given weekend. Recommend going on a weekday if you have that ability. Also, recommend the blueberry pancakes. It is essentially a dessert but it's delicious.

Very good presentation, very bad quality. This is like having a very handsome boyfriend but dumb. This is my second try after the bad review I gave them few months ago. Unfortunately nothing has changed This place is not what it used to be. We order a huevos rancheros that came undercook despite the fact we told them we wanted the yolk more cook than running, the mango pancakes were very dried, not moist and zero fluffy, the french toast was over cooked and my fruit plate was terrible. They drizzled the fruit with some sauces that were extremely sweet and killed the flavor of a fresh fruit. After sending back the huevos rancheros twice we got them right… unfortunately everyone at the table had already finished their meals. I give a 3 star service because at least they did not charge us for the huevos. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Very expensive for this type of food

EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!!! I went two times on a 1.5 day trip to OKC. This was the best coffee I’ve ever had with Cafe Cubano being my top choice. All of the entrees I tasted were delicious: Motuleño and Chilaquiles Verdes. Every flavor of every bite was incredible without being overwhelming. The churros were also the best churros I’ve ever had. The Jamaica (hibiscus) agua fresca was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and bright. There are beautiful murals outside and a walk up window as well. Be sure to check the wait list on their website before going. It’s definitely worth the wait!!

Thank you Brian and Rusty for the food advice. Our waitress was attentive and kindhearted. Rusty keep of the good work, your doing an awesome job. I appreciate everything you did to make our first visit exceptional. We will be back.

The place is really good. The desayuno chapín was amazing and it was so big. The tostada reminds me of que I was a kid in Guatemala Saturday nights. I have no complaints about this place, I do wish it was a little bigger to allow for a more date night experience.
