We were in town because of the universoul circus so we decided to stop here for dinner. When we got to the restaurant the host made us aware of but the wait time will be an hour to an hour and a half. The wait time ended up being an hour to be exact. We were seated in the bar area. There are TVs plastered all over the wall, there is music playing and there is a mechanical bull that they start using around 8 o'clock in the evening. Once seated it took about 15 minutes for the server to come to the table, she didn't introduce herself by name so i already knew how that was gonna go. My table ordered the chicken tacos, fish tacos, loaded fries, buffalo wings, & sweet chili wings. Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. We had a kid with us who had mac n cheese that was served with fries. I had to ask for a kids' menu just to be told they ran out last week..luckily I already checked the menu online ahead of time. The server wasn't really personable as she only asked us how the food was as soon as the runner set it on the table. Throughout our meal the server kept walking past us so we eventually had to flag her down for a refill, napkins, & extra utensils. Overall our experience was nice however I'd return here in hopes of better wait service.

1st time at Cadillac Ranch as a visitor from Dallas, TX. The All-the-Way burger was very delicious with the chili and fried pickles. My daughters had the street tacos and philly steak sandwich. All were good. We had the Bang Bang shrimp as the appetizer. The service and atmosphere were good. Love the decor. It has a bar, and it has sports playing on TVs all over the place. And it has a mechanical bull. The only negative would be the restrooms cleanliness.

First time visitor - was here on Sunday evening after an event in the area! The establishment is huge and a nice vibe. It was slow initially to get our server but once she took our orders everything else went well. The drinks from the bar was great - tall alcohol beverages and the food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Cheese Philly and it was to die for - plenty of meat and well flavored and the sauce was very nice to compliment the sandwich..my friends enjoyed their Steak Salad and the other enjoyed the burger! This is an establishment you definitely want to visit while at National Harbor.

We originally came in for happy hour appetizers, a few drinks, and then dinner. We found out they only offer happy hour to patrons at the bar or on the patio, I've never seen that. So we skipped the appetizers and drinks, and just ordered dinner and went somewhere else to have the rest, since they offer happy hour to everyone that is spending money at their establishment, not just the ones who get there before others. There were 2 of us and no seats at the bar, and the patio was full. I feel bad for our server because she missed out on a much larger tip, but since we only had dinner, her 20% was on a much smaller total... However, the food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the whisky butter was great.

Salads were delicious. House salad and Ceasar. The Sirloin Steak was ordered medium well. Tasted dry, no seasoning and the sauce that can with it was not tasty. The Cadillac Cowboy Burger was perfect. From the sauce to the bun. Flavored well and would order again. Fries were seasoned well.

It was really good food. The decorations were fun. The service was slow and they are really weird about splitting checks. But again…food was good.

On my last day of holidays in DC, I came here for my last meal before heading to the airport. The fried pickles were fantastic. An American appetiser staple. Really delicious. Burger was ok and so were the fries. But it was really the fried pickles that were a winner for me.

The service was great but the restaurant was out of tequila.. and flatbreads…but the beer was cold. Donna was a good server. I got the CR burger. It was just a burger. No special taste. My husband got the sirloin. He liked it and it was cooked a nice medium rare.
