Cute diner setting. My husband got the Colossal burger which looks no better than a McDouble. Charged for $14 instead of $2. The taste is even worse with a disgusting seasoned meat and poor attempt of condiments. The fries are no different than a great value freezer bag from Walmart. The fish was sadly the only edible item on our tray which even then you can taste the processed fish taste. They originally forgot our “coleslaw” which we were then met with a lovely comment of “oh, they never want it usually” which we did not understand until trying it. Their version of coleslaw is horseradish, onions, & mayo.

Colossal Burger, waffle fries, and a 16 oz shake was almost $20.... Just saying how much because everything is going up. They have great quality for fast food. Maybe the best. I'm not saying it's not worth it or not. Just saying fast food prices are as much as some great food I can find in the Portland area. Just one more reason for me to choose a different option other than fast food chains. They have great quality. Probably better than any other chain.

Ordered $7 Chilli Cheese fries, and got this. Complete with TINY amounts of cheese and cold chilli. My Bacon Cheeseburger's cheese wasn't even melted and the $5 generic shakes (they were out of better advertised options) are TINY. thankfully the worker was very nice, although I had to deal with an overly confusing TIP pad while trying to use CONTACTLESS payment. Also, at these prices, how are you not paying them enough, that they have to ask for tips? Before we can even inspect the sub-par food prep!

I have had many great experiences and relied heavily for my lunch or just a quick stop for burger and/or fries. The halibut is also excellent. However, the system of tipping has become very uncomfortable. I'm being asked to tip the workers without any chance of rewarding quality of service or accuracy of my order. I'm astonished at this practice.

Ordered double burger WITH EXTRA PICKLES! 1) Got NO PICKLES AT ALL 2) Waited at the drive threw for over 15 minutes! At 3 PM? No rush hour! 3) got there my food sitting in a bag while they just remembered to make my shake! So I get home to a wrong order! Soggy bun! Soggy cheeseburger! Soggy fries! And paid over $21!!!! You guys lost a customer today!

Prices went up a chunk. $8.49 for a tiny halibut sandwich. Basket halibut with 3 slightly larger chicken nuget sized piece for $14. 9-2023

The staff was patient and friendly even though I had to speak louder because I'm soft spoken but that's nothing new for me. Food has tasted good each time I've been here. I especially enjoy the seasonal milkshakes.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and replaced the mayonnaise with BV sauce, and it was excellent. The Walla Walla onion rings with honey mustard sauce were delicious. The staff was helpful, and the men's room was clean enough.
