It was nice to learn, after you order, that the meal deals no longer includes a drink... It 20+ minutes and they still have not made my order. The people in the front and the back are not getting along. If I wait a few more minutes, I may see a fight.
Got 1/2 the order right. We used the drive thru and a mile down the road we realized that they gave my wife chicken instead of fish. The drive thru lane moved very slowly causing it to have a very long line.
Unfortunately that night we went there were only 3 people working. 1 back cook, 1 cashier, and 1 drive thru. There were customers upset. One lady was upset as she had been waiting for her food after being asked to be move to a park space. Another family at dine in had been waiting 30 min for their food. I had no complaint. We got our food right away. Then the staff went down to two people after one walked off. I did not blame them. But that is not team work. As now you left only 2 to deal with the staffing issue. Kudos to the workers who well dealt with the upset customers.
This location has one of the best managers. I went through the drive thru with my dog I ordered my dog chicken nuggets...the manager was working the Window ask if I need ice water for my pup....staff is good and the remodel looks great...only thing I dont like is that they took the road in front of store out so you HAVE TO exit onto 301 instead of circling around and exiting onto one way street behind store like before I realize that is not the decision of employees at store that's why I still gave 5 stars
Came through drive thru 8/10/23 Ordered two double Croissan'wich sandwiches a hash round and a med coffee. Received two SINGLE Croissan'wich sandwiches and cold hash rounds. Tried to call and NO ANSWER
Place my order at the drive thru. Placed the order for two of double cheeseburgers, chicken fries, and fries. We paid extra for cheese on the double Whopper Junior and requested regular chicken fries. We did not get the cheese on the burger and the chicken fries were spicy. I did not get a receipt since the printer wasn't working "supposedly." I called multiple times throughout the day only to get a busy signal. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this Burger King, but it will be the last.
My Whopper was good and hot! The man at the window that brought me my burger did not speak one word to me. Let alone smile. Maybe he was having a bad day. Also I did not get a napkin and I was eating on the run. I love a sloppy Whopper but you need a napkin or two.
The whopper I got was very bad. It tasted like it was bad meat. The kind you throw in the microwave to heat it up. It made my whole family sick. I don't recommend it.
