Isaac was the cashier up front his attitude was amazing the food was fresh and he had the biggest smile absolutely amazing when I'm traveling I will definitely make sure I come back here to order food again!!

I don't know what it is about Burger Kings stating the wrong hours of business, but this is the humpteenth time I've driven to one in California because it said it was open and it was CLOSED. Put up the right hours! It's not hard!

I came in at 850 pm with a gift card on my phone. The woman entered it in and then told me that I needed to go home and print it out which is far from the truth . The number of the gift card doesn't change. She pretty much told me that I had to leave because they were closing the lobby and I have to say that the customer service skills tonight were lacking. They weren't that busy . She could have tried the gift card number again and maybe put it in correctly but she didn't. So I said the hell with it and went to taco bell where they have good service. If this BK is to stay open than they need some excellent customer service people. A gift card is as good as cash and you try to help the customer not rush them out .

The Ch'King sandwich was curling with flavor. White boneless chicken meat between two buns. An extraordinary creation.

Stopped in for breakfast, the womens restroom smells awful, unclean. The croissant sandwiches were not great. Dry sausage, stale croissants.

Manager left and never took my order waited at least 20 min just to order then Sara the lady who took my order was extra rude and every one was very unprofessional. Then Playing offensive music and the food was not the best even for a burger King and it took to long to get to me. Very dissatisfied with the service. Would not recommend ever coming here.

This store and its employees are scared of the dark. 8pm and the dining room is closed. As a truck driver, this is bad. But the surrounding area is riddled with homeless. This is endemic of California though. Just keep going to Medford. Don't waste your time.

The bathroom was horrendous. No toilet paper. Trash everywhere. Two people working. Look like they don't even want to work. No hello. Not friendly atmosphere here. Was too scared to order foods.
