Always check your order! Order ahead of time before reaching the restaurant, and this is not a fast pased fast food restaurant so expect to have your order given to you between 5 to 10 minutes no matter if you go through drive-thru, dine in or carry out. Staff is friendly, but most of the time they are always training someone new. There are only two restrooms, one male and female and only occupies one. There is baby changing stations in each restroom.

Ordered in drive-thru and was told to park due to wife ordering fries with no salt. Wasn't told where they wanted us to park so I parked out front door as to be out of the way. Ten minutes and no food. Wife goes in to see what is going on and order is sitting on counter. Supervisor on shift said they went out a different door and we weren't there. Accepted no responsibility for not being specific as how the hell were we supposed to know which door they use? Started to drive off and my wife's fries weren't in the bag which was the whole reason for having us park. Went back in to get fries. Supervisor stared at receipt I handed him when I asked for our fries. He proceeded again with the excuse of us not being mind readers and not being where he thought we should be. This had nothing to do with the missing fries at this point. Told him to give me the damn fries which he did but wasn't happy himself at that point. He proceeded to give me a sarcastic "have a good day" which I responded to with some expletives as I left. By the time we actually got to eat our food it was cold and the shakes we ordered were now an Oreo milk and chocolate milk from melting. Will never go back. I will even eat McShitz before going back to this Burger King.

Lots of smiles & very friendly crew. Very clean. Fries were a little salty, but I like salt, so no complaints there. Burgers were awesome as always. I wasn't impressed with the mozzarella sticks, the breading was dull... No fault of the crew. The jalapeno poppers were AMAZING!!!

I stopped at lastnight ordered 3 whopper meals 2 plain all medium size with all cokes it totaled $42. Something I was ask to pull forward because they were making everything fresh so I did waited about 10 minutes then a Male manager brought my food out didnt say a word just handed it to me i said thankyou anyway and pulled away I drove home which is less then a block away our food was not fresh it was terrible the fries were cold like they were not fresh n the whoppers tasted funny burnt tasting it was weird definitely not fresh very disappointed!

Every time we come here, we are deeply disappointed. The staff are extremely friendly, but there’s ALWAYS something wrong with what we order. Every time I go I order a plain burger and every time the burger is not plain. What’s so hard or difficult about a PLAIN burger. The retail industry is a tough one to work in and I totally understand that but clearly those workers are being overworked or not trained properly. Looking at other reviews for this location, it seems I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

Friendly staff, food is ready fast and always good. Kids and I enjoy it here. Price is reasonable in comparison to some other fast food restaurants.

What you would expect for a fast food place. It is getting expensive although compared to a sit down regular restaurant where the food is better.

I came through the Drive Thru around 7:30PM. There was a large truck in the other DT lane with a bunch of teens. They ordered a ton of food. By the time they finished placing their order, the employee spoke into my lane, "be with you in a minute". Annoying being behind someone placing a huge order but not that big of a deal - I wasn't in a hurry, know that order was going to keep everyone inside busy and I played a video game on my phone while I waited. About 15 minutes later while I was still waiting for someone to take my order, another car pulled up into the other lane the large truck had been in. They were not greeted, "be with you in a minute". After another few minutes of us both sitting there, your DT employee told the other lane that had been waiting far less than me, "order when you're ready", skipping over me. I drove out of there and went across the street at 7:54PM
