We ordered a special order burger, and they got it right. . The food was hot and fresh.. The parking lot was clean and picked up. . We didn't go inside but went through the drive-thru which moved quickly. . We feel like we can recommend this place.

Normally a good place for a quick stop but lately they have not been getting any of the orders right. Simple instructions, my wife and son have problems with certain items that were asked to be left off. It was on everything! Like I said normally there is not a problem, but the last couple of orders have been just wrong. I guess I recommend for lunch but necessarily for a quick dinner.

No ice on a very hot day. Whopper buns too big and not soft, not steamed, not toasted. No sweet n sour sauce.

The rudest cashier took our order. After each item we requested (there were 2 meals and an order of chicken fries so not a huge order) he would say in an beyond annoyed tone, "anything else *irritated sigh*". I was going to order a 3rd meal as there were 3 adults and kid I was ordering for. I didn't order the 3rd. When it came time to pay, they took my card THEN told me it would be a 10 minute extra wait for our food. When our food finally came the guy tossed it us and said, "nice and fresh" in the same tone. When I opened the bag it was missing then 2nd meal.

I absolutely love this BK. Most of their employees are kind and helpful. There has only been 2 times my family and I have had an unpleasant experience. One was over the summer when we ordered three mini shakes. We don't have a vehicle so walked up to the drive thru and ordered. We were asked to wait by the front door. We waited for about 5 minutes while I could see our shakes sitting on the counter, melting. They finally brought them out to us and they were pretty much milk. I went back to the drive thru and complained and was told that's how they make all the mini shakes. Which I knew was a lie as we'd bought them before. The second time was we were overcharged by close to $0.90. Now, to some, that's not much money. But this is about the PRINCIPAL of what happened, not the amount. I brought it to their attention and n long story short, the manager said, "It's only 86 cents. Are you sure you want it?" The MANAGER said that!!! I was appalled! I don't care if it was a PENNY! If you overcharge someone you give them back their money WITH NO COMMENTS ABOUT THE AMOUNT! Shame on her! But! As I said, other than that, this BK is great. They are friendly and helpful and more often than not go out of their way for my children. Thank you!

I watched the manager... I thought I was watching. My burger never touched the grill! I don't know how he heated up my burger, unless he used a microwave. He took our orders, took my cash money and handled our food all with the same gloves on! I was so hungry that I was shaking and didn't complain as I should had. He took my order and I somehow ended up paying for the person in front of me meal. I don't know how this particular Burger King is still open because the food is always cold. You wait and wait and they bring it out cold. No one in the drive thru and 3 ppl in the lobby and food is always cold. Never fails! It's been going on for years!

Hey, it's Burger King pretty consistent everywhere you go and this one has the same great service at the drive thru as the other BK's I've been to. Remember to thank those who prepare your food, they deserve some gotdamn respect.

I used to go to this Burger King location every day. New management has taken over with in the last year and it has been horrible ever since. Always rude to houseless people, upping prices against company policy. Often over charging people. Last time I was there they over charged me nearly $10 and sneakily gave me the wrong receipt seemingly to cover up the fact they over charged me. I asked for the correct receipt, pulled over, and saw where they over charged. They did fix the mistake but didn't offer any sort of apology or compensation for the error like I would expect from other fast food establishments. 4/10 would not recommend.
