This was THE worst BK I have ever been in. Manager was screaming at all the workers. She walked right past me at counter even tho I had been standing there with no one helping me. Only 1 other customer inside and 50% of tables were dirty. Condiment area was a disaster. Then the women’s bathroom was the worst, with a sanitary napkin and tampon on the floor! My order was correct but the patty on my burger was old and dry. Horrible. Everyone’s uniforms including managers was dirty and not neat …. Absolute slobs.
Ordered online. Big order feeding several co-workers. Cheyenne was the only employee at the location. Several had called off, leaving her alone to make 26 breakfast sandwiches for us. She did an outstanding job running drive thru and my order. It took 10 minutes longer, but was apologetic and did a great job under the circumstances.
It's pretty chill and a little bit empty, unlike McDonald's. ALSO UNLIKE MCDONALDS, this place is chill and everyone can get there stuff, and it only takes about 7-10 minutes to get your food. Love going here. Too bad I don't go here as much as I used to🤷🏽♀️
We went through drive through. There weren't many cars in the patting lot and only one in front of us. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, and we had to remind the attendant about a drink. The menu board prices didn't reflect what we were charged but the burgers were good and the fries hot.
Did mobile order and the order went through but when I arrived at the store they closed it early around 8:30 pm with no sign in site explainig why they closed early. No one answered in the drive thru, then the person mopping through the window ignored us. Closing hours are at 11 pm. If they are going to close early they should make sure there systems don't allow mobile orders to go through. Now i have to work on getting a refund through BK support.
A teenager walked up to the counter and just stared at me. No greeting or hello. The single person bathroom although very large did not have an infant changing table. The lady that looked like the manager or lead was very nice and even brought our meal to the table for us
Tried to go inside, doors are locked. Went to drive thru and sat there for no exaggeration, ten minutes before leaving. Watched a group of cars behind me do the same thing as I sat in the parking lot watching employees walk around inside. Hours say it's open until 11 for drive thru, guess the people inside didn't feel like working.
