Good food. I had the new Mexican Original Chicken Sandwich, but it could have been better if there was a bit more sauce on it and not so dry. That was the main reason I chose to eat here was to try that new kind of sandwich. Service was good, friendly staff. Atmosphere is good, but it's quite dark inside this location. It gives the vibe that they aren't open with it being so dark. It was quite cold in the dining area, but the women's bathroom was warm. I have been to this BK location several times since the time I wrote this review the first time. On a different visit, the women's bathroom was not clean-there was toilet paper on the floor and the floor was sticky.
I don't remember her name, but this specific visit was made awesome just because of one person. Friendly, bubbly-personality, and beyond courteous. I will come back here again simply because of her amazing service. Fast food needs more people like this place. Outstanding job!
Hospitality standards have gone noticeably downhill. Drive-thru menus are falling apart, flaking paint on exterior fixtures, dirty and unkempt. The wall with the drive-up windows was disgusting to have so near my face whole waiting in line. Drive-up speaker was scarcely audible, so ordering was awkward. Burger was dry instead of juicy (possibly from sitting under warmer for too long). Burger King used to be my fave fast food burger joint, but now I wonder if I am going to be infected with something if I dare to eat the food or even touch surfaces that haven't been cleaned. So disappointed!! I now understand why McDonald's has a long line of customers waiting to be served while Burger King has empty parking lot and nobody waiting in line at the drive-thru. Simple cleanliness, maintenance, and elevated standards could bring this establishment back to its former glory!!
I'm done with this store. I love whoppers but unfortunately I will have to get them from other locations. The food... the last time I got a whopper from this store I got it in the drive thru. When I got to the window to pay the lady at the window handed me my drink then as she waited for my food she hand her bare hands inside the ice machine (I assume to cool them off). The ice machine is under the pop machine by the drive thru. The service... HORRIBLE! Expect to wait 20-30 mins even if you're the only customer in the store. I will never go here again.
Typical BK outlet. NOTE: All of my reviews start at a baseline of Average (3 stars) and either improve or regress from the mean. For example, most franchise businesses get 3 stars from me. They are cookie-cutter locations that are the same wherever you go (i.e. McDonald's). If something extraordinary is observed, the rating moves up or down.
A mixed up on the food order and when you do a drive-thru it's too hard to go back employees were friendly service was okay I'd be willing to go back and give them a try could have just been an off day
Online order went to wrong location (Willmar) and so far they have refused to refund any money. I mean seriously, WE ARE 42 MILES AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! With our local BK 4 blks away.........just had to pay more for the same order from our local location..........calling store didn't help.
Good service and food. Just a little on the slow side. But I'd rather have it be slow and the way I want it, then quick and messed up.
