While traveling back to Texas we needed to stop for lunch. I ordered an Impossible Whopper with fries. It was tasty and not messy at all. The property has obviously been recently remodeled. It was clean and spacious. There is an ample amount of parking. The staff was working very hard and did a great job.

We got lunch here around noon on July 4th and were glad they were open. The inside was incredibly spacious and clean, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. We had a large group of people, but our order was prepared quickly and accurately. We all enjoyed the food and had a great experience overall.

Recently remodeled and it's very spacious. This particular burger king has always had not so great service through the drive thru. When I go in it has been better. Food is good!

I am a customer periodically at your drive-thru and there is a woman working at your Willits Burger King working there who is continually extremely rude. She never smiles she seems to always forget to put a extra napkins in your bag and if you ask for anything extra it's a huge problem for her. This is what our new world is coming to and it's absolutely unacceptable. When I spend money either at a Burger King or a fancy restaurant I expect to get a smile when I spend my money manners have gone out the window and I'm sick and tired of it. I hope something can be done about this it seems to me that many people working in public service are not being trained properly. If something doesn't get done about this I will come into Burger King and I will ask for another manager as far as I've been told she apparently is the manager wow

drive thru... fast. too fast. no straws, meat was not fresh. almost to dry from heat lamps. hence their ability to be fast.. too fast. not very friendly. My opinion. retrain, entire staff. McDonald's across the street. super friendly, and my order always has everything.

Never had a problem here and my husband can't have seeds so they switched buns on his burger no problem and food is always good

The posted price for the rodeo cheeseburger was 1.89 (I think! Menu so small can’t see the price but it had a 1 in front of it anyway) then the price charged was 2.19 each plus tax. Didn’t have time to go in and resolve the issue, but I shouldn’t have to be doing that.
