Run away. Worst customer service ever. If you ever see this lady, Cancel the order and just drive away. Most miserable person that hates her life to the point of ruining what should be the simplest concept of getting your fast food order. I don’t even know how she is still employee. Cusses you out and refuses to give you her name. She needs to be fired
Food was standard B.K. Food, looks nothing like the pictures. Tasted ok. Large chocolate shake looks like a small and wasn’t even full. Dining room had several ceiling tiles out with buckets underneath catching leaking water. Could definitely use a refresh on the interior.
EDIT PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE MOLDY FOOD I now live in pembroke and ordered doordash thinking it would come from the wonderful marshfield pembroke bk nope it came from this terrible location with mold on the bun 🤮 please do not eat here Looking at the reviews its clear nobody cares. Little asian lady as everyone calls her threatened to call the cops on me because she would not take my coupon she said i had to drive back around and give it at the speaker not the window bc apparently the speaker has some magical power. a woman from the kitchen tried to explain to me how the computers work. I really dont give a . how the computers work, if u have to start a new order to make it work then do that, pretend i drove around again. They wouldnt they just threatened to call the cops. Bunch of ignorant losers working there and i will update if i ever talk to the sorry district manager that doesnt give two .'s about the business. Close it down its a piece of garbage.
Worst drive through I e been to!! May 1st at 4:10 whoever was on drive thru should be fired… VERY RUDE!!! Didn’t order and will never order from here again!!! And I will tell others.. really need to train your employees on got to talk to public.. you have a recording apparently that asks you what you want.. so I started to order, instead of being nice about it she goes of the speaker “wait one minute”. So I apologized and said “sorry they asked me for order” Her response “well it’s a recording I’m not ready for you” in a nasty voice like I’m suppose to know it was a recording… It’s all in how you say things and this person should not be the one talking to the public!!!!!!
If I could give a zero star I would and unfortunately, I can't even give the review on the food either, because I didn't end up ordering anything, and here's why.. I went inside to order.. waited for someone to come over to me, which didn't happen..nbd.. what I did see was a girl working where the food is made and the French fry station, stuffing her face..She looked up at me while eating, and just continued to eat without gloves on, which was stashed right above all of the food being made..the worst of this all is how, she then stuck her meat paws into the done fry basket, that was propped up, clearly made for the other paying customers that were there..and continued to pick the fries out, one by one, then shoveling them into her mouth..right out of the basket, without gloves on, and this went on about five or six times.. Licking her fingers in between and going back in for more fries.. it was pretty fowl. I guess she just could not resist them idk, lol.. have it your way I guess.. lol....lol Ewww!!
Love the chicken and the mascot arouses me a little. Four out of five stars because a beetle crawled out of my sandwich
No onion rings available at 10.00 pm. Clerk said they sold out of them today. Must be an onion 🌰 shortage....
Not sure if it was a bad day or not but I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru only for them to ask what I ordered and tell me it wasn't ready. I didn't get to eat and missed my entire break
