WOW!! What t dump tables were dirty pop machines smelled gross, and it looked like it hadn't been clean in months. I couldn't believe how disgusting it was. I just walked out and threw my order right out, and the so-called manager just sitting down like the place is presentable. Definitely need BK corporate to get involved
Never have a bad experience. Not sure how long Nicks been there but has greeted me every time. He’s a Class act and if there are any hang ups him and his team take care of them.
This place is absolutely disgusting, I had to walk in to place a to go order and immediately was hit by the smell of weedsmoke. The floors were sticky and you could see the streaks of lackluster cleaning everywhere. The soda machine was out of everything. Employees were so disrespectful to a lady when she walked out, literally making sexual comments about her. On top of all that there was flies buzzing around and the food was bad. Literally fed the food to my dog man, never going back to this place.
Waited a long time for the food, and the chicken sandwich was not fresh. The chicken patty was old and dried out and flat like someone ironed it. Don't be handing people old food, costs too much. The Whoppers were fresher. Fries tasted stale also.
ordered ahead on the app and when i got there to pick it up the woman working drive thru informed me that she wasn’t going to make my food and told me to just get refunded on the app since apparently she was the only one there. drove around and saw she was just sitting there texting. why even keep the place open? turn your online orders off then🤦♂️ wasted my time
There’s a Latino manager in there who says his name is Nick he ripped us off for $22 trying to give us burnt food then when we asked for a refund here we are over a week later and the money never got put back on so now we’re going through MasterCard. I guess management doesn’t care anymore. Maybe the health department would because the place is disgusting. The manager who goes by the name, Nick Latino with long hair, put up in a ponytail and one of the guys cooking young skinny African-American outside in the front on Indianapolis Boulevard smoking weed without a care in the world.
If I could give this place zero stars I would…. Went here last night for a last min quick dinner pick up. Ordered everything “OB” waited over 10 min for the our food. To get home (a 3 min drive) and everything was cold… highly disappointed first and last time…. Waste of time and money while workers are walking around yelling on the phone. What a shame
Pulled up to the drive through was informed they couldn't take any orders cause they had no cooks. Why are you still open then to tell people you have no cooks?
