I need to post this review. I made an mobile order with burgers, fries and drinks on their app. I asked for no cheese, and both burgers had cheese on them, so I had to pull up and hand it back for the employees to remake them. The soda got an app upgrade from small to medium, but I didn’t get the medium. So I asked the employee and she said on their side it shows small. Went home and realized the recipe said (LOYUP-SM), so clearly she was wrong. Also both drinks was suppose to be diet, went home and used some diet test strips on them to check, one of them was not diet. Now I lost a drink. Conclusion, cheese on the no cheese burger, no upgrade and one of them was not diet. I love Burger Kings food, but they need to step up their game. If you asked for customization, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Some other things to add just in general for this BK, they have a great atmosphere to dine in, with crowns you can wear and take on every table. Ordering in the restaurant has a better chance of getting your order right. Food is delicious! Most encounters are good with employees too! This mobile order just really upset me.
The service is always pleasant and efficient. Lately we are in love with the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. This is like I spicy chicken you would get down south. I would put this chicken up against any spicy chicken from any restaurant. It is delicious! My wife was even blown away. The fries are always warm and crispy

Ordered the 2 spicy crispy burgers over drive through and given only 1 in the order. Non of the phone numbers in the invoice are working to make a complain either. Worst service you can get.
Service is horrible. Watched them mess up easily 6 meals waiting for one cheeseburger. Which I never got because they made me wait so long my lunch break was over. Tried to get their attention and was ignored
This Burger King is much better than the one at Shops Way in Northborough. For one, I was able to go inside and eat in the dining room. Two, the service was efficient, no long waits for the food. Three, the people working at this Burger King don't hide and avoid trying to serve you or pass their job onto someone else working there. Finally, this Burger King is so much easier to get in and out of their parking lot without being blocked in by the poor design of the parking lot at Shops Way. It is worth the longer drive to avoid the Burger King in Northborough.
They had the door locked for the dining room at 427 pm and heard and saw me knocking on the door ignored me and wouldn't explain why the door was locked.
