Ordered two double whoppers with lemonades.. Mine was swimming in mayo. THE MEAT TASTED BITTER. Both lemonades...what lemonade? It was plain water. ASKED FOR NO CHEESE. I GOT TWO SLICES OF CHEESE. FRIES WERE OK.
I did the drive-through and the wait was longer than expected but I'm sure it was the customer in front of me. My order was taken very quickly and my food was ready when I reached the window. My order was correct and the window attendants were kind and professional about the transaction. I had visited this place a while back and didn't have a good experience. I think it might be under new management? I would go back.
Food is always good it's Burger King 👑 unfortunately seems like staff would rather be somewhere else 😞 which seems to be the way restaurant's/ fast food dinning is heading. Just waiting for the day some time soon I'm told to get it myself, I'm on the phone sir !🤯🤣. Jk Burger King is always better than that other clown😉
This is the only restaurant I have seen that requires you to have a bag to pick up your food if you're giving the food cold. What is the point of having a bag. Make sure the food is hot before printing notes and stick them on the doors and counters, 😆
I would give 0 stars for delivery and staff on the phone. The delivery rang the house bell and left the food on the floor!! I called the store and told them it is not accepted so they said we don't deliver it has to be third party so I explained that it was through their website and I don't have the third party info. Then the staff was not polite and said it is not us, have a good night and hanged up in my face. Zeroooo Starsss for you
The manager was very unprofessional did not even know the aspects of the crown points. How does someone get promoted and cannot keep up with the components of the restaurant. Customer service is paramount I was able to show her the crown points and my ability to get the product free that’s the whole aspect of the points yet she wanted me to purchase another item. I asked her to show me where did it indicate that within the guidelines of the crown points. She could not. I wasted 150 and she would not move a finger to try and at least get me the points back. The points are given from the money you waste the things you buy why would you not want to remedy that. Her body language and attitude was poor and it relayed I don’t care and she walked away. Great manager and great point system.
Wouldn’t let dasher take food even though im only down the road at hotel. Stupid policy that only this burger king has. Manager needs to get off their high horse its just a burger king.
The manger there is awful and treats people not the right way no thank you or make you feel good about spending your money there never gets your order correct the food is old and gives you a attitude when she gets your order wrong also after all of this I saw her and another employee what seem to be rush to get out side to get high smh do go here and came back inside and didn’t wash her hands and made to kids ice cream cones.
