Fast and efficient. Our order was served in no time. Our food was hot and delicious. It was a nice change since other Burger Kings that we have been to are usually subpar. We enjoyed our visit here and will keep this place in mind the next time that we are in town

Ordered onions rings and soft serve ice cream. Onion rings were mushy, underdone. The cup soft serve came in was small and was 2/3 full! Ridiculous!

My husband and I walked in only to stand there waiting and waiting. We weren't even acknowledged that we were there. The workers kept working the drive thru (which wasn't very busy) and ignoring us. They would look over now and then. We stood there for at least 5 or more minutes with no response as another couple entered as well. We finally made the decision to go somewhere else. I'm glad we did, though. It wasn't really clean either. Wake up Burger King

Absolutely terrible! The chicken fries are like rubber and the burger isn't cooked.. this is after a 10 minute wait with 1 car ahead of me. tried to call the store to notify them, but they don't answer the phone. I got $6.58 of food that wasn't fit to eat.

This review is not a dig against the hourly employees, as they are only doing their job. My issue is with the management they have running the place. Since we (my family) travel all over the Midwest for business purposes, there times we are away from home for up 15 hours some day. That necessitates the need to stop and get food on the go. Historically, Burger King locations have been one off the more accommodating of the restaurants we go to and one of the few that have a decent vegetarian option(my mom didn't feel like Subway today.) We like our fries cooked extra and have gotten this request fulfilled at over 33+ locations all over Indiana and some place in Ohio. We politely asked the clerk if we could have the fries as we requested he said he would have to ask his manager. He came back and said he couldn't. We then ask if we could talk to the manager. The manager made excuses that they didn't have a timer setting to cook them more. We politely explained to her how all the other locations were able to, which she quipped a snarky "we can't, it kills the grease". Onion rings and breaded items degrade oil more (I used to work in the food industry.) If I did that to a customer I would have at best been given a written disciplinary write up, if not terminated!!! This manager has little to no customer service skills and is very unprofessional. The only reason why this review even has 1 star is because I physically can't give a lower score and they didn't put mayonnaise on my sandwich.

my go-to for fast food, There are a couple new changes with BK. First I noticed there are no more condiments out in the lobby. Also we ate in, but they do not have plastic trays? Just a different visit for me from the norm at our BK.

Wanted to place an order at drive thru on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The lady on the mic was rude and obnoxious. I left without placing an order.

NASTY! Is all I can say about my last visit. It reminded me of why I very rarely go to a Burger King. I ordered a whopper with cheese, bacon and mustard. I make it a point to always check my order when going in the drive thru anywhere. More often than not, it saves a second visit to correct the order. After receiving my order I checked it and found out my whopper had cheese and mustard, but no bacon. I sent it back to get the bacon I had paid extra for. After getting it back a second time and checking it. I noticed the top bun was pretty much destroyed, laying on top of the burger in pieces. I assume, by the standard of service, that this was done intentionally by the person who corrected the problem. So my best advice is to avoid this location. If you do decide to eat here, check your orders! If you have to send it back, you may or may not be surprised at what you will find.
