Reason why it’s a 2 stars. Coffee I get it sometimes it’s to sweet or not sweet at all for the French vanilla ice coffee. The food always run out of something for a customer to change their mind . Bathroom omg… nightmare it’s like having Freddy Kruger right there saying welcome to my bathroom mawahahaha can’t say the bad word either way! Overall I feel like the staff should be more comfortable and make everyone including themselves feel welcome. The food is somewhat good just be careful doe because one time I’ve gotten something that made me go to the bathroom 🚽 for weeks. So it’s balanced everything out.
I'm disappointed. I come here alot and every time I order the food just keeps getting worse. It's unbelievable. The cheese isn't even melted, This double stacker has bacon and I only got one strip. No source on it what so ever and the meet was completely burnt . I couldn't eat this!!!
Very disappointed by The staff here are lazy eating lounge is dirty, trash everywhere, french fries on the floor holes in seats with duck tape .. wouldn’t recommend eating here .Only reason I ate here is cuz the bk in Santa Cruz was to far for me go . That bk is super clean and I swear the fries are made with some special salt lol you gotta try it to believe it ..

We had a horrible experience. I remember when it used to be good. We received our order incomplete. I went up front to ask for the missing items, I stood there for about 6 minutes the employees clearly saw me not to mention some of them where on there phones. I'm in disbelief. It USED to be worth it.
They forgot my fries. I had order 4 meals and forgot 4 of my fries. I go and tell them, and they just give me 1. I have to tell them to read the recipe and then they gave the other 3.
A nice experience, I went at a time were rush hour was not happening which sped up my order. Food was nice as well which is why I rated 2 more stars.
Use the app! If you can. The b-fast coupon you get in the mail is my favorite. 2 bfast sandwiches, coffee and hash browns for $4 or $5. ONE kinda dumb thing though... The iced coffee actually cost 30 cents LESS than the hot coffee but I asked to switch my coffee to an ice coffee and they charged 60 cents MORE for a drink that costs less. 🙈 #fail. But it was a hot day so whatever, I paid the 90 cents difference. Definitely a glitch in their system though... Charging me more for a drink that costs them less to make. Employees were nice though and quick.
