Look, I don't wanna be a Leave-a-bad-review-Leonard but they Gotta get these new young kids whipped into shape soon or pay the managers what they deserve to make sure this kinda stuff isn't deemed OK. And yes, they're gray, and it was only a medium, im a little salty. HA, Get it? Anyways, In their defense there was like 4 or 5 somewhat not rock solid ones. But the food quality has been slowly disintegrating. I love this store and I eat there way more than I should, but since I do, and it's been getting worse and worse, I had to say something. With the cost of the meals up over 10 bucks a pop, I expect at least half my rings edible.
If I could give them a Zero I would . They are rude and they look so unkempt. The store is filthy And I don't know how it stayed open as long as it has
They only care about the drive thru I dine in had to wait 15 min just to please a order one person in front of me in line the manager was saying they busy how I used to work fast food with less employees I was a manager as well and was polite when people were waiting a while I understand but the service here sucks
Everything and I mean everything tasted like bugspray! So I just threw it out. What was I supposed to do ask for replacement that would have tasted like bugspray to.
The on duty manager, a older white lady. Locked the door with mins to spare as I was getting out of my car in view of the door. She then as I was getting my order from the drive thru decided to scream at a staff member, not sure what that was about but um the per kid was just feet from her.
Orders from the app that are incorrect at the fault of the restaurant are handled extremely unprofessionally. Food allergies needing specialized orders that are not correct seemed to be too much for the manager to handle. Raising your voice as the manager on duty and saying " I do not know what to tell you.", when it was the order that was wrong and being spoken to like a child was gross. She told us to go to the restaurant for them to fix it when we had ordered it to our home because I am sick. I emailed the appropriate person and if its handled I will change my review.
Got a 8 piece nugget got 7.5 there was a literal bite taken out of 1 I called the Manger where I got into a screaming match with zero customer service and I ate 0 nuggets wack
Terrible. That’s all I have to say, if I could give less than one star I would. Normally I don’t give reviews on places, but I wouldn’t even waste your money here. I know it’s only a fast food restaurant and I wasn’t expecting the greatest of food, but my boyfriend and I couldn’t even eat what we ordered. Terrible staff and terrible food.
