This restaurant should not be NY9 did you not go with any of the sales one Burger kand there is only Filipinos I wonder what can of meat they got ha but honestly you're a rip off
You have to have the coupons for Burger King foe the Mid-week News paper. I paid $17.99 for two single Whoppers. I almost fell over. They had a special 2 for $12 but I couldn't hear what the server was saying so the Single Whopper wasn't included in the 2 for $12.
Don’t know if the bacon king is supposed to only come with one strip of bacon but….asked for two honey mustard sauces and got zesty instead… I doubled checked the screen to make sure everything was right but when we got our bag it felt like they just threw a bunch of stuff in there.
I went thru drive thru and I’m not sure who works at the window taking orders but they don’t have a clue. I ordered 2 jr. burger meals, 1 no pickles extra onions. Both lite sauces. What came up on board was chicken sandwich and chicken fries. No, I said that’s not even close! I repeated the order. They got it right I thought! They closed the window fast. I asked them to show it to me again and they said they would repeat it at window. She repeated the burger with special order and I thought she just sent the other one. I received 2 fries and 2 drinks why wouldn’t I order 2 burgers? I get home and one burger. I couldn’t believe it. I called and whoever I I talked to wanted to argue with me. Why? Apologize. And that’s it! But she wanted to argue with me. I just wanted them to know that they need to listen! Several times I tried to get them to repeat my order and they didn’t. Then when I said I was going to have to come get the burger she said I’d have to pay for it!! Well, I never thought I wouldn’t, but how rude to assume that I would want it free. The person I talked to was so unprofessional that if she was my manager I’d fire her. She made so many mistakes dealing with me it was incredible. I can’t believe she runs a Burger King.
Typical fast food place. Prices are still high!! Only difference is that the people that work there. They were really friendly, and the drive thru was faster than other fast food places.
Of All Island Burger King. Waianae serves the best frech fries..no greased taste..love it..pls give these employee raise..they work hard. and they don't even know it
Another great place that has large patties. Can’t go wrong with flame broiled burgers. Love the desert pies and shakes. Onion rings are a must however the onion ring sauce is a little spicy but good. I prefer ranch with the onion rings to be honest.
Getting better at service at drive thru. Food is always good.
