Even though it was only 8:00pm the drive through window was blocked by an empty car forcing us to go inside to order. Not nearly clean enough to meet Burger King standards. Had a whopper meal. Sandwich and fries were excellent but soda was flat.

I like the bacon double cheeseburger which at the burger king in kinder Louisiana its always fresh and so good! However the Vidor location is never fresh, the bun is stale, and the meat is dry! Even their fries are never hot! I still try though every now and then I go there hoping something has changed but it's always the same.

Our burgers were not only cold they were not even done right after we told her our order 2 or 3 xs. The meat was cold.. And as we sat in the drive through watching her run around playing and cutting up with tha boys we were waiting to tell her we wanted something done she made sure to stay away from the window! As we drove away she said "sorry"... SHE WAS THE MANAGER!

Horrid experience I had because of here and there has been to my knowledge no proof of anything being done. I had nearly choked and had actually cut/gouged my tongue on a bone in my chicken nuggets in my locked office. When I reached out to complain they said to give them 7-10 days. After 7 days I reached back out and they implied they hadn't even sent my complaint to anyone to be looked at as if they weren't going to act unless they knew I was serious on checking back in. When a regional manager finally gets in touch with me same day I reached back out he refuses to talk over email or text for the sake of having record of our conversation, tells me they don't control the quality the food they serve and whatever happens to rhe customer is outside of their control, and told me his boss would get in contact with me that day or tomorrow which was a blatant lie as I never received such a call within those two days. It is now the 10th day of the time they asked me to wait and I've had enough and decided to post what happened. This will not be the only place I tell this story.

Didn't get the mustard whopper I ordered got mayo and catsup on my burger and yes I told the person I wanted mustard no mayo or catsup the problem was I ordered to go and was down the highway when found what they did to my burger yes my fault should have checked it before leaving

Usually stop there after I go to the flea market they're burger King nit much to complain about I like a friendlier cashier rather then super fast food being ready I wouldn't Come inside if I was in a rush.

This was the best experience I've ever had in a BK. The 2 ladies were super friendly. They got my order to me so fast. It was the best whooper I've ever eaten!! Polite and professional! Will definitely be going back to this BK.
